TurkeyFirst of all, I came across a lot of bad comments about the hotel. These comments were mostly about the room not being cleaned. I have not encountered such a situation. The most accurate comment I can make is this: Generally, hotels are worse than they appear in the photo. This hotel was better than it looked in the photos. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. The rooms were very spacious.

The people who work there are the nicest people and they made our stay unforgettable like we are at home. Food in general and the breakfast were delicious. We received welcome gifts and goodbye gifts. The manager came to ask how we are and he had a personal later from him in our last day. Little touches that made you think and be happy. We will definitely come back because our stay with this hotel was beyond any expectations.

There is no pool, but without pool area is very quiet. Sea is nearby, blue water, sand so it’s absolutely one of hubdrets perfect beaches in Halkidiki.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kriopigi! I want to express my gratitude to a few special staff members who made our visit exceptional.
First, a big thank you to Dimitrios restaurant manager. At the hotel's restaurants, the team of experienced and attentive staff truly goes above and beyond to fulfill your dining wishes. Their warm and courteous approach creates a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that your dining experience is not only delicious but also a true reflection of genuine Greek hospitality.
I want to give a special shoutout to Nicolette, the lifeguard. Not only did she do an excellent job ensuring our safety at the pool, but she also recommended the best places to visit. Thanks to her, we explored Athitos, Kalithea, and Khanioti, all of which were amazing. Nicolette is the best, always ready to help everyone with anything they need. I hope she will be here next year too! The pool area is great, with free sunbeds and umbrellas. Nicolette did an excellent job and made us feel very safe.
A big thank you to the shuttle driver who took us to the beach. He was always nice and made our trips very enjoyable.
I loved that there were friendly cats around the hotel; they added a charming touch and were not disturbing at all.
Overall, our stay was perfect. We've already shared our experience with friends and highly recommend Hotel Kriopigi. We hope to return next year as well!

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing. We loved everything about it! The service was exceptional, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the food was truly outstanding — delicious and varied every day. The sea was crystal clear, the territory was beautiful and very well maintained, and there were so many activities for both adults and children.

Our stay was awsome! The apartment with garden view is very spacious and with nice view from the balcony, for top floor.
Great services, the food was delicious and varied, adding a new dish daily at lunch and dinner. The wifi covers all area of the resort and the signal is strong.
Also, for kids, there are three playgrounds and kids club that can keep them busy for a wile.
Anyway, great time spent there. Keep up the good services and see you again!

Simply excellent cuisine, and believe me, we visited many other places, Aegean Melatron sets very high benchmark. the private beach is amazing with its cristalline clear waters. The entire complex is in the flowering gardens, with multiple swimming pools, very relaxing atmosphere. The hotel also has various activities: yoga, aqua gym, volley, tennis, table tennis. The service is friendly and efficient.

Kallithea is probably the best place to stay if you’re traveling to Kassandra, Halkidiki. It has the best nightlife amongst all other towns and enough shops and restaurants for tourists. The main beach gets a bit crowded and the hotels reserve most of the sunbeds but you can explore other beaches in the area.

Pefkohori is a small but lively town that has everything you might need for a comfortable holiday — great food, doctors and pharmacies nearby, as well as nice shops for summer clothes and beautiful leather sandals. The town beach is small and can get quite crowded, so finding space is not always easy. However, the sea is crystal clear, with an incredible deep blue color that makes it truly special. Despite the crowds, the streets remain clean and well maintained. If you don’t mind busy places and lots of people, you will definitely enjoy your stay in Pefkohori.

Hanioti is a charming seaside town.
Hanioti is a charming seaside town. The main city beach is nice but extremely crowded, with people lying very close to each other. Just a 3-minute drive towards Pefkohori you can find much fewer crowds, small quiet spots, and enjoy beautiful turquoise water.
Shops in Hanioti are more expensive than in Pefkohori, so I would recommend buying local souvenirs there instead. As this was my first time on mainland Greece after visiting the country three times, I was surprised that gyros always comes with ketchup and mustard by default, while tzatziki has to be specifically requested and paid for separately.
If you have the ability, please feed the cats, as there are many around the town—they are very friendly and calm.

A typical resort town with a nice beach, many restaurants, shops, gift shops. Early in the morning you can watch the sunrise, the sunset is on the other side of Kassandra arm.
The beach is a bit narrow and in the height of the season it would be more difficult to find places in the free use area. On the other hand, there are quite a few beach bars where you can sit while drinking and eating.
The town is also located in a convenient location, from where within 30-40 minutes by car or less you can visit many other beautiful beaches.

Lovely place to spend your holiday.
Lovely place to spend your holiday. Many beautiful beaches to visit around. Nice and value for money restaurants and bars. Exceptional walk to spend couple of hours in a beautiful center and wonderful places to take pictures of an astonish sunset!!!
Near village of Kalithea is also another option to spend some time but it's something different. More crowed than Afytos with Clubs and better nightlife for whoever interested.

Paliouri great touristic place with lots of beaches (all unique and interesting , we liked Possidi and Paliouri beach). Perfect for the family or if you want night activity also great with lots of town designed for tourists.

We were in Siviri from 11th to 18th October.
We were in Siviri from 11th to 18th October. A lot of restaurants and bars had closed down by that stage but there were still 3 restaurants open and they also served as bars so we could go for a drink even if we didn't want to eat. The weather was still warm enough to sunbathe and swim but by the end of the week the weather had turned and was more overcast and colder. We walked into Elani, a 45 minute walk to have lunch in it's only restaurant. The walk was interesting, through a mix of small lanes and roads however when we got there the town was like a ghost town. We think there were maybe only 3 or 4 properties occupied and both the hotel and the restaurant were closed. Thankfully we'd brought some food and drink with us. We had hired a car which I would say was essential and travelled around eating lunch in a different town every day. On our last day we decided to go to Mirragio Spa which had great reviews however we discovered it was closed when we arrived, Google isn't always reliable in letting you know if businesses are open. We also took a trip to Sani but it is a huge collection of connected hotels and we weren't able to park close to the centre of town and weren't sure if the restaurants served people who weren't guests of the hotels so we travelled on to Nea Moudania to eat.

Avatel Lodge is the great place to have relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Everything was beautiful and convenient. The room and facilities were clean and nicely set up. We were welcomed by Ms. Yulia, who was so nice, welcoming and helpful, with whatever was needed. Breakfast was great and variety of choices. Nice and cozy walk down to a private beach, with clear water and easy access. Chilling by the pool was also great. Thank you all for welcoming us to your paradise!

Possidi is a small town on the west side of the Peninsula...
Possidi is a small town on the west side of the Peninsula with the largest beach around but also a bit wild with no amenities next to it.
The area is not so crowded as the east side of the peninsula so if you prefer a more quiet stay the west side is better. Also you get awesome sunsets over Mount Olympus over the sea!

Sani as a location is nice.
Sani as a location is nice. The marina is maintained nicely and the area around the hotels is lovely.
The area is one of the most expensive places in Chalkidhiki.
The sea is absolutely lovely, sandy and clean.
We went to neighbouring places to eat as we didn’t feel like paying £42 for a plate of risotto.
