Exceptional hotel, in a perfect location, excellent services and amenities, clean, great variety of food and of good quality for breakfast, lunch and dinner, spacious and very nicely decorated rooms, matching the surroundings. Views are great, with private serviced beach, very well organised spa, gym, with a big variety of activities on a daily basis, offering to guests the possibility to have even private romantic dinners for two, or choose amongst the four restaurants. Calm atmosphere, staff is excellent, great welcoming, service oriented, professional, with a great sense of hospitality. The hotel is considered one of the best in Halkidiki. We strongly recommend it and we would love to return. Thank you for such a wonderful accommodation!!!

We had a great stay - the service and the facilities are outstanding. We have visited the hotel for a third consecutive year and we have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The outside facilities are superb. There are different very calm areas with sunbeds, which allow you to have an optimal rest and relaxation.

Our stay at this hotel exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is not only beautifully and modernly furnished, but also perfectly maintained - the rooms were cleaned daily and there was absolute cleanliness everywhere. The location is absolutely ideal - a few steps to the sea and the city centre, yet the hotel has a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. We enjoyed delicious and varied food every day. The rooms are well equipped - water and coffee (capsules) were replenished every day, which we really appreciated. Also the fast and stable wifi throughout the hotel was a big plus. Parking in the underground garage is possible (for a fee), which is very convenient. The pool was always clean and pleasant. Overall there was an atmosphere of peace and quiet. We felt at home - or rather better than at home. 😊 Honestly - the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

We had an amazing experience in the hotel. We arrived in the morning on Friday and despite the check in per standard in the afternoon, the hotel staff were friendly and helped us get the room earlier (we were planning to arrive earlier in the morning and go to the beach but it was raining). The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and nice. The location of the hotel is at the beginning of the city but also in 5min walking distance to the city center, bakery and coffee shops. The breakfast at the hotel was nice and good organized.

Our stay at Sani was heavenly. We loved Sani Club, the facilities, the activities, the breakfast, the service, the beach and pools were all fantastic. The rooms and balconies were lovely and comfortable. Staff were attentive and accommodating. We loved the tennis and football camps for the kids and the swimming lessons and the Lego session for my three year old were so good that he asked for more! My husband learned to sail, my six year old had a great time at the beach, pool and crazy couch and we all learned some archery. We took advantage of everything even at the expense of lots of relaxation but we loved all that Sani had to offer and really appreciated all of the events including White Night. Thank you, Sani!

Our stay was awsome! The apartment with garden view is very spacious and with nice view from the balcony, for top floor. Great services, the food was delicious and varied, adding a new dish daily at lunch and dinner. The wifi covers all area of the resort and the signal is strong. Also, for kids, there are three playgrounds and kids club that can keep them busy for a wile. Anyway, great time spent there. Keep up the good services and see you again!

This amazing resort exceeded my expectations in every way. The suite I stayed in had breathtaking views of the sea and was elegantly decorated. We had a wonderful stay at Alia palace and would definitely come back to stay again. The pool area is wonderful with great views. Food variety is great and so is the quality. Also a big plus for the regular buses to town and beach!

We were at the very end of the season so it was quiet and lots were closed. You really need to travel around and visit other beachrs in the area. More are prettier than Pefkohori as it is a small town.

A wonderful place right on the shore of the azure Aegean Sea! Our host Ivan was exceptional – always ready to help with advice or organize a restaurant reservation, yet discreet and unobtrusive enough to make us feel completely independent, just like at home. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a fruit basket – a kind gesture from the host. The cleanliness and order of the place immediately stood out. It is truly an oasis of peace and enjoyment by the sea. The water is crystal clear, and the beach is beautiful, lively, and full of different attractions. Evenings in Kallithea offer a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and clubs where you can have a wonderful time. Thanks to this place and our host Ivan, we had a truly amazing and unforgettable holiday!

A wonderful old town, with many restaurants, shops, bakeries, snack bars, a nice pedestrian zone, located at a height above the sea. The local two or three beaches are sandy, rather narrow, the sea has an uneven rocky bottom. Going to the beach is easy, because you go downhill, but on the way back there is quite a climb, so for small children and people with limited mobility it is better to use a car.

A typical resort town with a nice beach, many restaurants, shops, gift shops. Early in the morning you can watch the sunrise, the sunset is on the other side of Kassandra arm. The beach is a bit narrow and in the height of the season it would be more difficult to find places in the free use area. On the other hand, there are quite a few beach bars where you can sit while drinking and eating. The town is also located in a convenient location, from where within 30-40 minutes by car or less you can visit many other beautiful beaches.

Avatel Lodge is the great place to have relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Everything was beautiful and convenient. The room and facilities were clean and nicely set up. We were welcomed by Ms. Yulia, who was so nice, welcoming and helpful, with whatever was needed. Breakfast was great and variety of choices. Nice and cozy walk down to a private beach, with clear water and easy access. Chilling by the pool was also great. Thank you all for welcoming us to your paradise!

It is the best to ask locals for good restaurants. Masutis is the best supermarket in the area. Nea Skioni is rather calm place compared to some others on Kasandra. The roads are not very good although there is not that much traffic.

We were in Siviri from 11th to 18th October.

We were in Siviri from 11th to 18th October. A lot of restaurants and bars had closed down by that stage but there were still 3 restaurants open and they also served as bars so we could go for a drink even if we didn't want to eat. The weather was still warm enough to sunbathe and swim but by the end of the week the weather had turned and was more overcast and colder. We walked into Elani, a 45 minute walk to have lunch in it's only restaurant. The walk was interesting, through a mix of small lanes and roads however when we got there the town was like a ghost town. We think there were maybe only 3 or 4 properties occupied and both the hotel and the restaurant were closed. Thankfully we'd brought some food and drink with us. We had hired a car which I would say was essential and travelled around eating lunch in a different town every day. On our last day we decided to go to Mirragio Spa which had great reviews however we discovered it was closed when we arrived, Google isn't always reliable in letting you know if businesses are open. We also took a trip to Sani but it is a huge collection of connected hotels and we weren't able to park close to the centre of town and weren't sure if the restaurants served people who weren't guests of the hotels so we travelled on to Nea Moudania to eat.
