The cleanliness throughout the entire property was outstanding — everything was spotless and well maintained. The beach was beautiful, the pool area relaxing and perfectly kept, and the overall atmosphere truly made us feel at ease. The room was spotless, sheets were changed and the room was cleaned once at 2 days. New furniture with plenty of space to deposit your belongings, also there is a (quiet) fridge in the room.
The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was new and well maintained.
Blackout curtains, big balcony with space to dry your clothes and a table with chairs.. great place if you are a smoker.
Even though the hotel doesn't have private parking, we always found a spot to park right in front. Even when the street was full, the hosts saved a spot right at the entrance that we used when needed.
The hosts are hardworking people with a very positive energy that paid a lot of attention to details and always made sure everything was ok.
10 out of 10, will definitely come back next time we'll be in Kalithea!

The property itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered all the comforts we could possibly need.
The location was ideal—peaceful, yet close enough to the beach and local tavernas. We especially loved relaxing on the terrace in the evenings and waking up to stunning views each morning.
We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Halkidiki!

We arrived in the morning on Friday and despite the check in per standard in the afternoon, the hotel staff were friendly and helped us get the room earlier (we were planning to arrive earlier in the morning and go to the beach but it was raining). The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and nice. The location of the hotel is at the beginning of the city but also in 5min walking distance to the city center, bakery and coffee shops. The breakfast at the hotel was nice and good organized.

Nice variety of foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Friendly, informative and helpful staff from those in the cleaning department to waiting staff, the chef, reception staff and the owners that are very much involved in the daily workings of the hotel. Lovely atmosphere in all areas of the property. Loved the greek night that consisted of music and dancing. Well priced food and drinks. There is a small hut outdoors for younger kids to play in. There is a billiards table near reception. Lovely and clean pool - 1.40m at the shallow end to 3m at the deeper end which makes is suitable for those who are learning to swim as well as those who love to jump or dive into the pool. There is also a small pool for really small kids too. We had a lovely time and would be more than happy to return to Palladium Hotel at any time. Thank you Palludium Hotel for helping us to rest, have fun and for creating wonderful memories.

Location, even if it is isolated and far from everything, it was nice and quiet, fantastic atmosphere around, great combination of mountains and sea.
The breakfast and dinner were included and it was very good and big variety out of which you could choose.
Big and spacious room with sea view was extraordinary.
The personel was friendly, respectful and helpful with everything we needed all the time.
Fish night at the restaurant, included in dinner was fantastic, with 3 kinds of fish grill.

Amazing accommodation 1 hr away from Thessaloniki airport! Beautiful view to the sea, private beach which is couple steps away and nearby restaurants are amazing as well.
Highly recommended to book the place with breakfast and dinner as they are both delicious !
One extra thing to note is the staff! Katarina, the guys and the manager are super professional, extremely friendly and always at the ready! I would go back here just for them ;)

Before the main season this was the only hotel open so the beach was very quiet.
Rooms with own pool at an affordable price.
The massage given by Vanessa was amazing and the best I ever had . She is very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended to try !

We were at the very end of the season so it was quiet and lots were closed. You really need to travel around and visit other beachrs in the area. More are prettier than Pefkohori as it is a small town.

Our host Ivan was exceptional – always ready to help with advice or organize a restaurant reservation, yet discreet and unobtrusive enough to make us feel completely independent, just like at home.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with a fruit basket – a kind gesture from the host. The cleanliness and order of the place immediately stood out. It is truly an oasis of peace and enjoyment by the sea. The water is crystal clear, and the beach is beautiful, lively, and full of different attractions.
Evenings in Kallithea offer a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and clubs where you can have a wonderful time.
Thanks to this place and our host Ivan, we had a truly amazing and unforgettable holiday!

A typical resort town with a nice beach, many restaurants, shops, gift shops. Early in the morning you can watch the sunrise, the sunset is on the other side of Kassandra arm.
The beach is a bit narrow and in the height of the season it would be more difficult to find places in the free use area. On the other hand, there are quite a few beach bars where you can sit while drinking and eating.
The town is also located in a convenient location, from where within 30-40 minutes by car or less you can visit many other beautiful beaches.

The local two or three beaches are sandy, rather narrow, the sea has an uneven rocky bottom. Going to the beach is easy, because you go downhill, but on the way back there is quite a climb, so for small children and people with limited mobility it is better to use a car.

Avatel Lodge is the great place to have relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Everything was beautiful and convenient. The room and facilities were clean and nicely set up. We were welcomed by Ms. Yulia, who was so nice, welcoming and helpful, with whatever was needed. Breakfast was great and variety of choices. Nice and cozy walk down to a private beach, with clear water and easy access. Chilling by the pool was also great. Thank you all for welcoming us to your paradise!

It is the best to ask locals for good restaurants. Masutis is the best supermarket in the area. Nea Skioni is rather calm place compared to some others on Kasandra. The roads are not very good although there is not that much traffic.

We were in Siviri from 11th to 18th October.
We were in Siviri from 11th to 18th October. A lot of restaurants and bars had closed down by that stage but there were still 3 restaurants open and they also served as bars so we could go for a drink even if we didn't want to eat. The weather was still warm enough to sunbathe and swim but by the end of the week the weather had turned and was more overcast and colder. We walked into Elani, a 45 minute walk to have lunch in it's only restaurant. The walk was interesting, through a mix of small lanes and roads however when we got there the town was like a ghost town. We think there were maybe only 3 or 4 properties occupied and both the hotel and the restaurant were closed. Thankfully we'd brought some food and drink with us. We had hired a car which I would say was essential and travelled around eating lunch in a different town every day. On our last day we decided to go to Mirragio Spa which had great reviews however we discovered it was closed when we arrived, Google isn't always reliable in letting you know if businesses are open. We also took a trip to Sani but it is a huge collection of connected hotels and we weren't able to park close to the centre of town and weren't sure if the restaurants served people who weren't guests of the hotels so we travelled on to Nea Moudania to eat.
