An Unforgettable Holiday – Pure Relaxation and Genuine Hospitality Our stay at this hotel is without a doubt one of the most memorable vacation experiences we've ever had. Right from the moment we arrived, we felt what truly sets this place apart: *“Relax, you’re on holiday.”* – and that’s exactly what we experienced from the very first minute. We arrived by car and were warmly greeted by a friendly porter responsible for the spacious, secure parking area. Shortly afterward, two extremely welcoming staff members, who were already expecting us, took over. One of them handled our car and luggage, while the other guided us directly to the stylishly designed lounge. There, we were offered a refreshing welcome drink and chilled, moist towels – a very thoughtful gesture after the journey. While we relaxed, our passports were taken care of, the check-in was completed entirely for us (including a complimentary upgrade to an even more beautiful room), the car was parked, and our luggage brought to the room. We were then personally escorted there – a welcome just the way it should be. What truly made this stay exceptional was the team. Never before have we encountered so many sincere, warm-hearted, and dedicated staff members. We wish we had remembered every single name – that's how much we appreciated the personal, genuine, and absolutely authentic service. No wish went unfulfilled. Everyone was enthusiastic, helpful, attentive, and consistently friendly. We never once felt like “just guests” – we always felt genuinely welcome. One example of this outstanding hospitality: during breakfast, one of the coffee machines suddenly broke down. The team responded immediately – although it's usually self-service, staff started bringing coffee directly to the tables. A small detail perhaps, but moments like these make all the difference. Sadly, there are always people who complain even in such situations – but that says more about them than it does about the hotel.

The apartment was super clean and cozy, providing all the necessary amenities. The view from our balcony was great and the whole group of apartments was newly made and well done. There was a cozy bar in the pool, useful parking space. The location was great, 5 minutes from Afytos village. Our host was very helpful and he even offered to bring us some food from a nearby village. I highly recommend it and I'll definitely visit again.

Very clean, large area with several restaurants of very high quality. If you want you can go for the buffe with all other kids families and not have to worry about your kid being messy😀 Or you can go another great restaurant or go for the overall Club member package. Pool area is great and so is the beach. Very friendly staff and even if the hotel was fully occupied it didn’t feel crowded. Our little daughter also enjoyed the disco in the evenings and other activities for the kids. The spa is absolutely top quality and worth a visit!

Everything was amazing the beach the pools the food! We were in a Junior suite with a small room for the kids and a bigger bedroom for us. Two bathrooms and a plenty of space for clothes. The transfers to and from the beach with the golf cars can really saves you a lot of energy especially when traveling with small kids. Very nice staff! Thank you Aegean Melathron Thalasso!

Our host Ivan was exceptional – always ready to help with advice or organize a restaurant reservation, yet discreet and unobtrusive enough to make us feel completely independent, just like at home. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a fruit basket – a kind gesture from the host. The cleanliness and order of the place immediately stood out. It is truly an oasis of peace and enjoyment by the sea. The water is crystal clear, and the beach is beautiful, lively, and full of different attractions. Evenings in Kallithea offer a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and clubs where you can have a wonderful time. Thanks to this place and our host Ivan, we had a truly amazing and unforgettable holiday!

In the beginning/ or in the end of the summer season is the right time to visit the village. During the summer - just avoid it. No parking spaces, too many people, too many cars. In other hand the village is so so charming, absolutely appropriate for a long weekend relax.

Small and quiet village with very good houses.

Small and quiet village with very good houses. However one thing that we didnt like were the taverns. Pizza and pasta places in Greece feels a bit like a joke. The few traditional taverns were a bit overpriced and the food was not that good. Not to mention the fish taverns at the end of the village… quite bad. The only place that i can actually recommend is the gyro place in the beginning of Paliouri.

We were at the very end of the season so it was quiet and lots were closed. You really need to travel around and visit other beachrs in the area. More are prettier than Pefkohori as it is a small town.

A typical resort town with a nice beach, many restaurants, shops, gift shops. Early in the morning you can watch the sunrise, the sunset is on the other side of Kassandra arm. The beach is a bit narrow and in the height of the season it would be more difficult to find places in the free use area. On the other hand, there are quite a few beach bars where you can sit while drinking and eating. The town is also located in a convenient location, from where within 30-40 minutes by car or less you can visit many other beautiful beaches.

It very beautiful calm place where you can go as well as with family also with group of friends or even by yourself. There many places to see and enjoy. Beautiful beaches and tasteful restaurants nearby. Perfect place to relax and regain your strength!

Sani as a location is nice.

Sani as a location is nice. The marina is maintained nicely and the area around the hotels is lovely. The area is one of the most expensive places in Chalkidhiki. The sea is absolutely lovely, sandy and clean. We went to neighbouring places to eat as we didn’t feel like paying £42 for a plate of risotto.

Avatel Lodge is the great place to have relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Everything was beautiful and convenient. The room and facilities were clean and nicely set up. We were welcomed by Ms. Yulia, who was so nice, welcoming and helpful, with whatever was needed. Breakfast was great and variety of choices. Nice and cozy walk down to a private beach, with clear water and easy access. Chilling by the pool was also great. Thank you all for welcoming us to your paradise!

Possidi is a small town on the west side of the Peninsula...

Possidi is a small town on the west side of the Peninsula with the largest beach around but also a bit wild with no amenities next to it. The area is not so crowded as the east side of the peninsula so if you prefer a more quiet stay the west side is better. Also you get awesome sunsets over Mount Olympus over the sea!

We were in Siviri from 11th to 18th October.

We were in Siviri from 11th to 18th October. A lot of restaurants and bars had closed down by that stage but there were still 3 restaurants open and they also served as bars so we could go for a drink even if we didn't want to eat. The weather was still warm enough to sunbathe and swim but by the end of the week the weather had turned and was more overcast and colder. We walked into Elani, a 45 minute walk to have lunch in it's only restaurant. The walk was interesting, through a mix of small lanes and roads however when we got there the town was like a ghost town. We think there were maybe only 3 or 4 properties occupied and both the hotel and the restaurant were closed. Thankfully we'd brought some food and drink with us. We had hired a car which I would say was essential and travelled around eating lunch in a different town every day. On our last day we decided to go to Mirragio Spa which had great reviews however we discovered it was closed when we arrived, Google isn't always reliable in letting you know if businesses are open. We also took a trip to Sani but it is a huge collection of connected hotels and we weren't able to park close to the centre of town and weren't sure if the restaurants served people who weren't guests of the hotels so we travelled on to Nea Moudania to eat.
