The room was spotless, sheets were changed and the room was cleaned once at 2 days. New furniture with plenty of space to deposit your belongings, also there is a (quiet) fridge in the room.
The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was new and well maintained.
Blackout curtains, big balcony with space to dry your clothes and a table with chairs.. great place if you are a smoker.
Even though the hotel doesn't have private parking, we always found a spot to park right in front. Even when the street was full, the hosts saved a spot right at the entrance that we used when needed.
The hosts are hardworking people with a very positive energy that paid a lot of attention to details and always made sure everything was ok.
10 out of 10, will definitely come back next time we'll be in Kalithea!

All the areas, inside and out were clean and well maintained and had more than enough space for our family of 4. Not to mention the view from our balcony was breathtaking. We arrived in the morning on Friday and despite the check in per standard in the afternoon, the hotel staff were friendly and helped us get the room earlier (we were planning to arrive earlier in the morning and go to the beach but it was raining). The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and nice. The location of the hotel is at the beginning of the city but also in 5min walking distance to the city center, bakery and coffee shops. The breakfast at the hotel was nice and good organized.

Clean, cozy and comfortable rooms! Very helpful and friendly girls on reception. Hotel also provides a private transfer from the Thessaloniki airport. Welcome drink for guests as soon as you arrived. We checked out at 5:30 am and the staff prepared a breakfast boxes for us.
Amazing and very rich breakfast! Everybody can find something delicious for their taste.
Very nice and pleasant staff at the restaurant Amfora. Definitely it’s the best restaurant in Polychrono! Exceptionally delicious food! You don’t need to go to another places to try traditional food or seafood, they have all these options in their menu.
And one more thing that will help you relax and enjoy your vacation, hotel is 16+, so no kids screaming and crying and running around, like in all hotels.

PARADISE FOUND
It has been a month since we returned from the heavenly hotel. The hotel is surrounded by forest at a height where the air is filled with the smell of the sea, trees and rose bushes. Well-groomed paths around the hotel, a beautiful restaurant complex, smiling waiters and a cozy shop where you can buy everything you need. But the main surprise was waiting for us when we went down to the hotel's chic beach on the red dreamlike elevator, with panoramic windows, observing the beautiful landscape around the hotel. A sandy beach, where there are always free places, the purest magical sea, from which it is impossible to take your eyes off. But I especially want to mention the young reception staff: beautiful, friendly, smiling George, Yannis, Zuriko, Maria and Joanna, special thanks to you. I really hope that next year I will return to you again, with a large family: children and grandchildren. I really want them to get in touch with the charm of this amazing resort.

I traveled with my 4-year-old, and as a single mom, it's often tough to balance quality time with my child and finding moments to relax. Here, it worked perfectly. The staff running kids' activities (exploring, creating, and free play) were fantastic, giving me a few worry-free hours each day while she enjoyed fun and safe activities. Afterward, we had plenty to do together—swimming in the perfect sea, hiking, exercising, exploring by boat, and dining. My special love goes to the tennis centre —my only regret was not booking more sessions in advance!

The accommodation was exceptional! We had the private pool side sea view room and it was great! We had a sea view along with privacy in the pool. We got exactly what we booked and everything was beautiful! The staff are very welcoming and nice and it made the experience that more pleasant.

We were at the very end of the season so it was quiet and lots were closed. You really need to travel around and visit other beachrs in the area. More are prettier than Pefkohori as it is a small town.

Our host Ivan was exceptional – always ready to help with advice or organize a restaurant reservation, yet discreet and unobtrusive enough to make us feel completely independent, just like at home.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with a fruit basket – a kind gesture from the host. The cleanliness and order of the place immediately stood out. It is truly an oasis of peace and enjoyment by the sea. The water is crystal clear, and the beach is beautiful, lively, and full of different attractions.
Evenings in Kallithea offer a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and clubs where you can have a wonderful time.
Thanks to this place and our host Ivan, we had a truly amazing and unforgettable holiday!

A typical resort town with a nice beach, many restaurants, shops, gift shops. Early in the morning you can watch the sunrise, the sunset is on the other side of Kassandra arm.
The beach is a bit narrow and in the height of the season it would be more difficult to find places in the free use area. On the other hand, there are quite a few beach bars where you can sit while drinking and eating.
The town is also located in a convenient location, from where within 30-40 minutes by car or less you can visit many other beautiful beaches.

Avatel Lodge is the great place to have relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Everything was beautiful and convenient. The room and facilities were clean and nicely set up. We were welcomed by Ms. Yulia, who was so nice, welcoming and helpful, with whatever was needed. Breakfast was great and variety of choices. Nice and cozy walk down to a private beach, with clear water and easy access. Chilling by the pool was also great. Thank you all for welcoming us to your paradise!

A wonderful old town, with many restaurants, shops, bakeries...
A wonderful old town, with many restaurants, shops, bakeries, snack bars, a nice pedestrian zone, located at a height above the sea.
The local two or three beaches are sandy, rather narrow, the sea has an uneven rocky bottom. Going to the beach is easy, because you go downhill, but on the way back there is quite a climb, so for small children and people with limited mobility it is better to use a car.

It is the best to ask locals for good restaurants.
It is the best to ask locals for good restaurants. Masutis is the best supermarket in the area. Nea Skioni is rather calm place compared to some others on Kasandra. The roads are not very good although there is not that much traffic.

We were in Siviri from 11th to 18th October.
We were in Siviri from 11th to 18th October. A lot of restaurants and bars had closed down by that stage but there were still 3 restaurants open and they also served as bars so we could go for a drink even if we didn't want to eat. The weather was still warm enough to sunbathe and swim but by the end of the week the weather had turned and was more overcast and colder. We walked into Elani, a 45 minute walk to have lunch in it's only restaurant. The walk was interesting, through a mix of small lanes and roads however when we got there the town was like a ghost town. We think there were maybe only 3 or 4 properties occupied and both the hotel and the restaurant were closed. Thankfully we'd brought some food and drink with us. We had hired a car which I would say was essential and travelled around eating lunch in a different town every day. On our last day we decided to go to Mirragio Spa which had great reviews however we discovered it was closed when we arrived, Google isn't always reliable in letting you know if businesses are open. We also took a trip to Sani but it is a huge collection of connected hotels and we weren't able to park close to the centre of town and weren't sure if the restaurants served people who weren't guests of the hotels so we travelled on to Nea Moudania to eat.

This small place has its own exceptional vibe.
This small place has its own exceptional vibe. It has a pure sandy beach, a lively plaza where people gather in the evening, historical monuments, atmospheric cafes and restaurants. At the same time, it is not crowded with tourists.
