The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated, with modern & sufficient equipment. The bed was absolutely comfortable! The electric blinds kept the sun out to sleep a 'lil bit longer. From the balcony you'll have a wonderful view on the 'countryside', the sea and the pool. It was a treat to lay down on the sunbeds and swim in the pool. And also really convenient that you can buy some refreshments at the bar/reception. Thank you Sphyros, and housekeeping, for a wonderful time. We truly enjoyed staying with you @ Anna Mare :)

We liked everything about the hotel. From staff, to food, to facilities, to price. What I appreciated the most was the nice pool with a strong pool bar. Hotel coffee is usually not the greatest, but here we were able to get proper coffee early morning (from 7am). We paid for it, of course, but was absolutely worth it. It's very close to Afytos center, so it's very simple to just get out, walk around, enjoy the views or find a good place to eat. There was also a simple play zone just outside the hotel, not belonging to the hotel (we needed to pay for it). But it was a blessing for tiring the kids out before sleep :).

The owner, Elvis, was a truly wonderful guy who gave us a warm welcome and plenty of great advice. The hotel sits right on the beach, and with a short uphill walk, you’ll find yourself in the charming village of Afytos—while enjoying much more peace and quiet down by the shore. Guests at the hotel can use the beach bar’s excellent sun loungers free of charge. The hotel’s restaurant is great, offering a creative twist on traditional Greek dishes. The wine list is excellent and well-priced (thanks, ChatGPT). The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need.

Beautiful hotel with great facilities. Friendly staff and easy check-in. Just a 10 minute walk away from the cutest Greek town area. Great cafes and restaurants were very close. Would recommend a car to get around in the greater area. A short car drive away from stunning beaches. Clean rooms and a nice pool. Would recommend, and would stay here again.

A wonderful old town, with many restaurants, shops, bakeries, snack bars, a nice pedestrian zone, located at a height above the sea. The local two or three beaches are sandy, rather narrow, the sea has an uneven rocky bottom. Going to the beach is easy, because you go downhill, but on the way back there is quite a climb, so for small children and people with limited mobility it is better to use a car.

This is a beautiful town and the people there are very friendly and will to help where is possible. To get the best experience while visiting it would be advisable to rent a car as there are some amazing beaches in the surrounding areas that are not accessible unless you take a taxi or rent a car

For me Afitos is quite expensive compared to other Greek...

For me Afitos is quite expensive compared to other Greek islands I have been to (Leros, Paros, Milos etc) which offered comparable more services with higher standards. However, I think it is a must-stop in Kassandra, and I think it is a very good central hub to stay and plan your next routes in Halkidiki.

Afitos is a beautiful Greek town with amazing restaurants, shops, bars and beaches. There are also a few supermarkets and bakeries which are good value. Afitos is really easy to walk around. There are some steep hills to get to the beach, but you can drive if you have a car. We hired a small boat for 3 hours which was really easy, and took a taxi to the local marina to pick this up. Also scuba diving in the area close by, and my daughter was picked up for the morning and dropped off safely. I'd recommend Norbert from Dive Club Kassandra who is PADI qualified and very quick to respond. We would definitely recommend as a quiet holiday getaway.

Afitos is a wonderful place.

Afitos is a wonderful place. There are beautiful beaches around. The restaurants and cafes are excellent. It is very enjoyable to walk around and you can find ice cream and coffee everywhere. Also the souvenir shops are very tasteful. We loved Afitos both in terms of architecture and facilities!

We stayed for one night in Halkidiki, despite that, we were very satisfied from here. At first, it had a parking lot, we didn't have a parking problem. Afytos was walking distance to the bazaar. The beaches are amazing. If you have a car, it is also very close to different beaches. The owner also made beach suggestions. It was also very clean. He gave accommodation in the greenery. I wish we could stay longer. We prefer this place on our next Halkidiki holiday.

We had a great stay at stratos hotel. Very kind people working there. Thank you for making the stay so nice and comfortable. Great location, City Center is really close, but far enough so you have silence at the hotel. Tasty breackfast with lots of homemade stuff. Parking at the hotel parking space is great and for free. We would book again next time we are in afytos.
