Anne a Mare apartments exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the impeccable cleanliness the modern and luxury appeal that permeated every corner of this establishment. The rooms were an absolute delight – not only were they spacious and tastefully decorated, but they were also spotless. Modern rooms with kitchenette and a huge TV, toilet and shower rooms are separate which makes the showering even more enjoyable. The pool area was another highlight of my stay. It was maintained with the utmost care. The pool looks luxurious with modern sunbeds and sun shades and a pool bar next to it so you can enjoy your drink while taking a dip. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the warm and welcoming owner. Their genuine passion for hospitality was evident in every interaction. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable, having a drink with us talking about local restaurants and things to see in the area, offering late check out, inviting us to use the pool even when we checked out and making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Lastly, the location of this hotel is also excellent. Nestled at the entrance of Afitos it allows easy access to the city and the lovely beaches in the vicinity although i am sure spending a day or two at the pool relaxing is an excellent option as well. In conclusion, my experience at this summer hotel in Afitos was nothing short of exceptional. The unwavering commitment to cleanliness, the inviting pool area, the gracious owner, and the excellent location all contributed to a truly memorable stay. I can't wait to return at this hidden gem of a hotel.

An amazing hotel! The room was as we expected, comfortable and spacious. The hotel is so pleasant and the pool gives a different touch to it all. We booked 3 nights for me,my husband and our 2 years old and they cleaned the room every day with new towels in the room. They even gave us a pink baby cot that was a big plus for my baby girl. The host is so welcoming and present and helpful….All was simply beautiful! The breakfast mouthwatering! Everything was sooo delicious and satisfying! The homemade cakes are something else! Worth staying in the hotel just for them 😄 Would recommend definitely to all that want to visit Afitos even in May.

The apartments are small but make excellent use of the space. They are very close (1 min away) to the old town and restaurants, yet still quiet. A few steps away there is a good option for breakfast, fresh baked pies everyday day. The beach is also easily accessible. Compliments also to the cleaning staff as we find the apartment sparkling clean everyday.

A wonderful old town, with many restaurants, shops, bakeries...

A wonderful old town, with many restaurants, shops, bakeries, snack bars, a nice pedestrian zone, located at a height above the sea. The local two or three beaches are sandy, rather narrow, the sea has an uneven rocky bottom. Going to the beach is easy, because you go downhill, but on the way back there is quite a climb, so for small children and people with limited mobility it is better to use a car.

Afytos is by far the most beautiful place in this part of Greece. Unlike other nearby towns, it carries a unique history and a special vibe that you simply don’t find elsewhere. The distinctive architecture, with its charming mix of stone and wood, gives the village character, while the narrow streets create an authentic atmosphere that feels timeless. Walking through Afytos is like stepping into another world, one that is rich, welcoming, and truly unforgettable.

This is a beautiful town and the people there are very friendly and will to help where is possible. To get the best experience while visiting it would be advisable to rent a car as there are some amazing beaches in the surrounding areas that are not accessible unless you take a taxi or rent a car

For me Afitos is quite expensive compared to other Greek...

For me Afitos is quite expensive compared to other Greek islands I have been to (Leros, Paros, Milos etc) which offered comparable more services with higher standards. However, I think it is a must-stop in Kassandra, and I think it is a very good central hub to stay and plan your next routes in Halkidiki.

Afitos is a beautiful Greek town with amazing restaurants,...

Afitos is a beautiful Greek town with amazing restaurants, shops, bars and beaches. There are also a few supermarkets and bakeries which are good value. Afitos is really easy to walk around. There are some steep hills to get to the beach, but you can drive if you have a car. We hired a small boat for 3 hours which was really easy, and took a taxi to the local marina to pick this up. Also scuba diving in the area close by, and my daughter was picked up for the morning and dropped off safely. I'd recommend Norbert from Dive Club Kassandra who is PADI qualified and very quick to respond. We would definitely recommend as a quiet holiday getaway.

Afitos is a wonderful place.

Afitos is a wonderful place. There are beautiful beaches around. The restaurants and cafes are excellent. It is very enjoyable to walk around and you can find ice cream and coffee everywhere. Also the souvenir shops are very tasteful. We loved Afitos both in terms of architecture and facilities!

Great location un centre of beautiful Afitos. This us a lovely village with cobbled streets with selection of good restaurants bars and shops. The hotel gives good first impression with nice looking pool and area around pool. We had a 2 bedroom apartment that was spacious enough for our family of parents and 2 teenagers. Balcony off each room. Breakfast was good enough. As it is a small hotel it is hard to keep things topped up but it was nice.

Everything was perfect. First of all, Alek, the landowner, was so kind, so helpful. He was always here to help us with everything. He even took us to show where the best beaches are nearby. The apartment was so clean, with all the amenities that you can imagine. The location was perfect. 3 min by foot to the city center. Very quiet. Perfect garden. Highly recommended. We will be back here again for sure. The best accommodation in Greece.

Our stay was great. The room was very clean, nice decoration and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again if I were to travel to Halkidiki again. Very close to restaurants and shops in Afytos and had a very nice view of the sea.
