Exceptional hotel, in a perfect location, excellent services and amenities, clean, great variety of food and of good quality for breakfast, lunch and dinner, spacious and very nicely decorated rooms, matching the surroundings. Views are great, with private serviced beach, very well organised spa, gym, with a big variety of activities on a daily basis, offering to guests the possibility to have even private romantic dinners for two, or choose amongst the four restaurants. Calm atmosphere, staff is excellent, great welcoming, service oriented, professional, with a great sense of hospitality. The hotel is considered one of the best in Halkidiki. We strongly recommend it and we would love to return. Thank you for such a wonderful accommodation!!!

The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated, with modern & sufficient equipment. The bed was absolutely comfortable! The electric blinds kept the sun out to sleep a 'lil bit longer. From the balcony you'll have a wonderful view on the 'countryside', the sea and the pool. It was a treat to lay down on the sunbeds and swim in the pool. And also really convenient that you can buy some refreshments at the bar/reception. Thank you Sphyros, and housekeeping, for a wonderful time. We truly enjoyed staying with you @ Anna Mare :)

Beautiful hotel with great facilities. Friendly staff and easy check-in. Just a 10 minute walk away from the cutest Greek town area. Great cafes and restaurants were very close. We had an amazing 10-day stay at this apartment during our trip to Greece. From the moment we checked in, the host gave us a warm welcome and made us feel right at home. The apartment was spotless, and the pool was just as clean and well-maintained. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool bar was well-stocked with a great selection of drinks at fair prices, and the atmosphere was always relaxed and inviting. Our apartment was cleaned regularly and thoroughly by the housekeeping team, which we really appreciated. The location is perfect—just 500 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece. It truly feels like a hidden gem. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

Very nice rooms with modern furnitures, so clean. Big balcony which offers beautiful sunrise view. The town center is 4-5 minutes away by walk. Car Parking lot is right in front of the building and since the building is located before the narrow streets of Afytos starts, it's convenient for people to stay here who doesn't want to drive in the town center. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for us.

Location is very convenient for going around Kassandra. The beach near Nea Fokea is very near, which was great for afternoon walks on the beach and also Afytos is just 3 minutes away with a car and there is a very convinient parking there to do shopping and buy food, etc. I rate my stay 10/10 and it was a nice house overall.

A wonderful old town, with many restaurants, shops, bakeries...

A wonderful old town, with many restaurants, shops, bakeries, snack bars, a nice pedestrian zone, located at a height above the sea. The local two or three beaches are sandy, rather narrow, the sea has an uneven rocky bottom. Going to the beach is easy, because you go downhill, but on the way back there is quite a climb, so for small children and people with limited mobility it is better to use a car.

Afytos is by far the most beautiful place in this part of Greece. Unlike other nearby towns, it carries a unique history and a special vibe that you simply don’t find elsewhere. The distinctive architecture, with its charming mix of stone and wood, gives the village character, while the narrow streets create an authentic atmosphere that feels timeless. This is a beautiful town and the people there are very friendly and will to help where is possible. To get the best experience while visiting it would be advisable to rent a car as there are some amazing beaches in the surrounding areas that are not accessible unless you take a taxi or rent a car

For me Afitos is quite expensive compared to other Greek...

For me Afitos is quite expensive compared to other Greek islands I have been to (Leros, Paros, Milos etc) which offered comparable more services with higher standards. However, I think it is a must-stop in Kassandra, and I think it is a very good central hub to stay and plan your next routes in Halkidiki.

Afitos is a beautiful Greek town with amazing restaurants,...

Afitos is a beautiful Greek town with amazing restaurants, shops, bars and beaches. There are also a few supermarkets and bakeries which are good value. Afitos is really easy to walk around. There are some steep hills to get to the beach, but you can drive if you have a car. We hired a small boat for 3 hours which was really easy, and took a taxi to the local marina to pick this up. Also scuba diving in the area close by, and my daughter was picked up for the morning and dropped off safely. I'd recommend Norbert from Dive Club Kassandra who is PADI qualified and very quick to respond. We would definitely recommend as a quiet holiday getaway.

Afitos is a wonderful place.

Afitos is a wonderful place. There are beautiful beaches around. The restaurants and cafes are excellent. It is very enjoyable to walk around and you can find ice cream and coffee everywhere. Also the souvenir shops are very tasteful. We loved Afitos both in terms of architecture and facilities!

The hotel staff is wonderful. Little Maria greeted us with a "Kalimera" (Good morning) every morning in the dining room. ​The breakfast is rich and well-prepared, and both pools are luxurious and inviting. The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking! We received a large room with a balcony overlooking the sea and the pool. ​For anyone looking for tranquility, proximity to perfect beaches, and the charming town of Afitos, this is the place!

The view is extraordinary, we watched the sunrise every morning. The location is incredibly silent, exactly what you need for your holidays. A lovely and helpful cleaning lady, she came every day to clean and brought clean towels. It's definitely worth coming here if your choice for the holidays is Halkidiki(first leg).

Everything is extraordinary in this apartment and we were there for the third time. The hosts are exceptional, pleasant and hospitable. The location is perfect in the heart of Afitos, so peaceful and calm. Hygiene is certainly like in deluxe hotels. We feel here like at home and that's why we'll come again.

We like the best view, location and hospitality. The very nice beach is almost completely near the Marianna Sea View Afitos resort, but car access is impossible, which is a great pity. But there are the two excellent beaches in the very neighborhood - in Afitos and Kalithea. In one word - we highly recommended.
