Wonderful, modern, comfortable complex between the villages of Metamorphosis and Nikiti, on the way to the second peninsula of Chalkidiki- Sithonia. The property is simply gorgeous. Modern rooms and villas, set on a wooded cliff overlooking the sea. The property has access to its own little beach, with very comfortable chairs and sun beds on a floating platform. Isolated beach. Calm, quiet, serene. Big pool also available, and a workout area. Cozy seating areas with stunning views of the sea for a drink, coffee, or just to chill and listen to the waves. I had the two-bedroom villa, which is very spacious and comfortable. You get your own patio and a little pools, plus views of the communal pool and the sea beyond. The property serves brekafast, but also has a proper restaurant for snacks and dinners. The food was EXCEPTIONAL. A total unexpected surprise. High quality food in a relatively remote setting. No dish was bad. In fact, we dined three nights in a row and quality was consistent. The fresh sauces were wonderful. The deserts were of such amazing quality. The fish and sea food absolutely fresh and delicious. Compliments to the chef. A limited, but good selection of wines. Wonderful staff. Great service. They are exceptionally polite and helpful. Even if something went wrong, it was immediately corrected. A very good crew. Place was clean spotless. It was the perfect, restful vacation I needed. The place exceeded expectations on all levels. Will return.

I loved the Garden! We stayed there for 5 days and every time i went out of the room I was happy because of all those flowers, different fruit trees, roses and birds nests. This place has a really good energy and they are taking care of nature at least inside the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay in Nikiti! The accommodation was excellent — clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was also great, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, while still being peaceful and relaxing. A special thanks to Konstantina, who was extremely attentive, kind, and always available to help. She made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The apartment was well equipped, it had everything from cutlery to electric mosquito killer machine. It was spotlessly clean, the cleaning lady came every day- changed towels and sheets, cleaned the bathroom and floor. Natasha and George were super kind and responsive! Upon leaving they gave us small present for us and the baby :)

It's a nice place, but it turned out to be noisier and more crowded than we expected. Compared to Pefkohori, where we've been twice in previous years, Nikiti's beaches were more crowded. After 3 PM, the wind shifts to southwest or south and can blow quite strongly—around 20 km/h, creating strong waves and making swimming and getting wet on the shore very uncomfortable.

Nikiti's atmosphere is not like any other Greek cities.

Nikiti's atmosphere is not like any other Greek cities. It is not different than Akçay, Turkiye. a tourism city. It is hard to find real authentic Greek food, you can find in Thessaloniki or in Athens. It is like a mixture of both Greek cuisine and world cuisine to convince anybody. If you want to feel a Greek city atmosphere, then definitely Afythos was best!

Nikiti has both strengths and weaknesses.

Nikiti has both strengths and weaknesses. The beach is very long, but generally quite narrow, with only about 5–10 meters of sandy width in most areas. A road runs directly alongside the beach, so cars often pass just a few meters from where people are relaxing on the sand. There are also many small rocks both on the beach and in the water, making beach shoes highly recommended. Unfortunately, I developed a skin rash after a few days, which I believe was related to the water quality. Many properties in the area rely on septic tanks rather than a centralized sewage system, and during peak season this may contribute to occasional sewage-related issues in the sea. On the positive side, there is a lifeguard on duty, several water sports options, playgrounds and gaming areas for children, and pleasant walking opportunities along the shoreline. The sunsets are beautiful, and the marina and pier add to the atmosphere. The restaurants are generally excellent, especially for Italian cuisine and fresh seafood—I particularly recommend the lavraki (sea bass). Overall, while Nikiti offers good dining, scenic sunsets, and family-friendly amenities, the water quality concerns and the narrow, rocky beach were deal-breakers for me, and I would not choose to return.

We liked the selected apartment with a good swimming pool for children and also for adults in the complex during the our vacation in Nikiti. The owner of the apartment is friendly and always interested if everything is o.k. and suggested the best places to relax. Favorites places: Beaches of Sithonia. Regarding food: We mostly had breakfast in the apartment, lunch - depending on the location of the selected beaches or in the apartment, dinner mainly in the taverns of Nikiti. We liked the taverns "Arsanas" and "Marina". To get around Nikiti no problem if you have a car.

Nikiti is an ideal town for families with children, especially those aged 1–12. Everything is within walking distance. The beach and sea are perfect for kids, and the restaurants are family-friendly. There are also toy machines for children to play with. However, it might be a bit boring for young couples without kids, as there aren’t many entertainment options such as night clubs or disco bars.

Nikiti is undeniably lively, attracting large crowds throughout the day. While this energy may appeal to some, it also means that many areas are filled with tourist traps, where overpriced souvenirs and services are hard to avoid. The more attractive beaches, with cleaner waters and better facilities, often come with noticeably higher charges, which can quickly add up for families. The bustling atmosphere leaves little space for relaxation, and navigating the crowds with children can be challenging. Overall, while it has its highlights, I would think twice before returning here for a family vacation with kids.

A great luxury and comfortable with contemporary design in Nikiti. The location was great as Nikiti is on the "entrance" of Sithonia so closer to the airport comparatively to other locations distantly. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was spacious with nice shower. The apartment had all the necessities to spend a pleasant day and night. They also allowed us early check in with the lovely lady at the reception showing sensitivity to our needs. Thanks for the wonderful stay. I strongly recommend it !! 🤩

Lovely hotel in a great location, close to the beach and the pedestrian street. The beach right in front of the hotel is narrow and rocky, but there are some beautiful beaches just a few minutes away by car. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and a coffee machine. There are also some fantastic bakeries nearby, which is a big plus!
