The location is hard to beat. We spent a lot of time sitting on the beautiful sunny balcony watching the sea and the boats. Studio was spotlessly clean with a kettle and fridge and cooker. Staff were kind and very friendly and warm.

The accommodation was lovely and was not far from town if walking. I would stay there again. Lipsi is a fantastic Greek island that has stayed true to the Greek culture. It has some beautiful beaches and a small number of great restaurants and not to mention a fantastic bakery and excellent new wine and cocktail bar.
