New ZealandBrilliant special place. From the moment we walked in we were so warmly welcomed with coffee and cake in a cold day. Wonderful hosts that have thought of all the little touches, tea&coffee in your room plus 2 chocolates, slippers, quality linens, great heating and no problem to ask for local tips - we visited a monastery in a cave just 15 mins walk away which unless the hosts had suggested it we would have missed this gem. Wonderful breakfast, immaculately clean and a great bed. The breakfast was incredible and plentyiful. We lived it, the best on our Menalon Trail.

It's the only place to stay at the end of the Menalon trail.
Fantastic and very helpful front desk man, great food and staff, and very very clean.
The owners get it....

Our stay at Vytina Mountain View was great for the location of the hotel overlooking the village, the view of the mountainous surroundings and the proximity to the ski center. Also, the room was clean, spacious and stylish, and the breakfast was homemade, fresh, abundant and varied. Lastly, the owners made our days with their hospitality and professionalism.

The owner- managers were incredibly welcoming and made us feel almost like we were part of the family. The hotel was tastefully decorated and well cared for. The view from the balcony of the mountains and the garden was superb and the breakfast was delicious and homemade with love.

Location being central was excellent, breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, the staff were extremely helpful, and went out their way to accomodate us, I wouldn't hesitate to book another stay here if needed.

I booked this hotel for my mum who was traveling there for holidays with her partner and she told me everything was great, really clean, had all amenities-even had a thing to polish shoes(!). She was very satisfied

the church of saint basilica in the town Centre is...
the church of saint basilica in the town Centre is absolutely amazing to see.
The cafe and night life scene is fantastic.
The people everywhere were friendly.
The food options for 5 star and very cost effective.
The centre gate way to base yourself for everything in the Peloponese, making wherever you want to go less than 1.5 hours. Tripolis the centre of Arcadian history.
Sparta 35min drive, kalamata 40min, amazing archeological sites everywhere.
In Tripolis everyone is treated as a local not a tourist.
Best of all you MUST go to the ancient village of ALEA TEGEA one of greeces best kept secrets, authentic museums and temple of Athena.
It's only a short drive there from Tripolis - 10mins and get in touch with real authentic Arcadian culture and history.

Only spent a night as part of a longer trip.
Only spent a night as part of a longer trip. Was not expecting much, but the town was much, but Tripoli was quite charming. Had a fantastic dinner at a cozy, fun restaurant, and could have spent more time exploring the town, shops, and bars. It was a nice surprise, worth checking it out again.

I visited at Christmas and the city was beautifully decorated. The atmosphere was family friendly. There were Christmas lights in every square and a craft market. The restaurants were fantastic and the people very friendly. I loved Saint Basil Holy Orthodox Church. There was snow on the mountains and it felt like Christmas without being too cold!
