From the breathtaking landscapes, to the beautiful interior design of the rooms, to the top-level support from the staff—everything was exceptional. We had the pleasure of meeting Dionizos, who, from the moment of our arrival, made sure our stay was truly special. We were offered a room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise.
The rooms are very well equipped, and as guests you can even choose the pillow you’d like to sleep on!
The breakfasts are delicious, and it is a pure pleasure to dine in the hotel restaurant while enjoying the sea view.
Thank you to the entire KaSeas team for making this stay truly unforgettable.

I have travelled to many places and have stayed at fine hotels yet this one stands out above the rest.
The property looks beautiful in the photos, however reality is far better. On arrival what impresses is the grandiose entrance, the large and beautiful gardens and the wonderful reception building.
The setting itself is magnificent, a vast property floating above the sea in a tranquil environment with world class architecture.
The rooms impress with their size and height of ceiling. Most importantly the quality of construction material and decoration is above that of any 5 star hotel I have visited. This hotel was not built to rent but was built to the highest standards that few can afford for their private residences.
The driving force behind this project seems to be not profit but the pursuit of perfection.
As for the people and service, you instantly feel you are at home and you have know them for a long time.

When we arrived, the maid Helen helped us with our luggage and was very attentive, the apartment was spotlessly clean and both maids were doing their job perfectly. The beach was very close and furthermore, there were umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach free for the guests of Diamond Palace, so we had our peace and relax. The whole area is quiet and in the morning you can hear only the birds singing. We also had a lot of privacy on our balcony. The apartment has two A/C, but also mosquito nets on the windows, so you can cool however you want. Bathroom and kitchen equipment very satisfying. Our host, Miss Eleni, did her best to accommodate us.

Now here is a place where you will feel pampered and enjoy the very best hospitality in the Mani. We were treated to beautifully presented and prepared breakfasts during our stay. Our accommodation was exceptionally authentic with all the modern trimmings one expects. Obviously we enjoyed every minute.

Kalogria apartments are in the most beautiful location next to a stunning natural beach and shallow water bay, perfect for all ages. The owner makes you very welcome and the restaurant, surrounded by floral borders, serves excellent food. Our room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped.

Stoupa is a pretty little bay, the beach is busy with sun beds. Everything you'd want from a tourist beachside - reasonable tavernas, shops, ice cream etc. Enigma was a great beach club with beds in a quieter location. Nearby Kalogria is a stunning beach! Lots of good food options, the sea is incredibly beautiful. You must hire a car. It is a great balance of authentic Greece without making you feel out of place. Perfect for families

Kardamyli is a wonderful place!
Kardamyli is a wonderful place! Western Mani in general is so beautiful! I loved the beaches ( Delfinia, Foneas ), enjoyed authentic Greek gastronomy and loved the people. Snorkeling, boat trips, trekking are some of the activities that the visitor can enjoy!

The view from our room was absolutely beautiful. It is a lovely town with plenty of places to eat and drink. Mani Mani was great, as was Akryioli. The beaches were beautiful, my favourite spot to swim was near the point, close to the hotel.

Right in the heart of the Mani-Verse, everything you expect and dream of Greek village life. Wonderful hospitality, bars, restaurants, shops, sights and close to Stoupa, Kardamyli, Pantazi, Limeni, Areopoli by car to explore. Picture postcard stuff, safe, clean and invigorating.

Our drive from Athens was Aprox 5 hrs .
Our drive from Athens was Aprox 5 hrs . We opted to stay one night on the way to Neon Oitilon. (Sarandon hotel) 1.5 hrs from Athens airport. The drive to Neon Oitilon then took aprox 3hrs (Tolled motor way each way ) (12 tolls @€1•95- 2.25 )very good roads until you reach Neon Oitilon .(Typical narrow country roads lead down to the village.)
The motorway offers a number of good rest stops .
We had a 4 night stay . Neon Oitilon is a small sea side village - nestled between to large escarpments. There are great drives and walks. Spectacular scenery . We had hot days and cool evenings . Light jacket is advised for the cooler evenings and am. (May 2022)
Apparently it can get cool in the evenings during the height of the season. The AM soon warmed up .
There are some nice villages in the surrounding area : Limeni and Aeropolis are a Aprox 5 and 15 min drive
The journey to -
Gythio and surrounding areas are aprox a 20 -25 min drive.
Here you will find a large selection of nice beaches and restaurants. Spectacular scenery all
the way .
We tried a few restaurants in all the areas we visited. Our favourite beach place was straw beach followed by Glyfada beach in Gythio. Limeni
Village has a good choice of Restaurants and eateries / bars .

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and can highly recommend Trapela Limena Luxury Suits.
Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The architecture of the hotel is stunning, and the modern, elegant furnishings created a very comfortable and stylish atmosphere. The view from our room was fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious homemade products that were clearly prepared with great care and attention to quality.
A special thank you goes to Dimita, who was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with excellent recommendations on places to visit and great local restaurants, which made our trip even more memorable.
Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Pirgos Dirou is a beautiful and peaceful village with traditional stone houses, stunning scenery, and an authentic Mani atmosphere. It's the perfect place to relax, explore the nearby caves and coastline, and experience the charm of the region. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Mani.
