Karl and the team offer faultless customer service and a beautiful environment. We stayed 4 nights at the end of September. Before arrival the owner contacted us multiple times to make sure that all our wished could be managed. At arrival the owners mother was waiting for us. The apartment is very large and very very clean! There is airco in all rooms and a full equipped kitchen was also in the apartment, although we didn't use it. Every morning a nice breakfast was prepared with fresh ingredients. Every morning different prepared fresh eggs. Breakfast is served in a lovely inside garden. The apartment is just a few minutes walking from both port and taverns. If we would return to Spetses, it will definitely be in Spetses Center Comfy Apartments! Much thanks to the owner and her mother for some lovely days at Spetses.

The owners of the accommodation are wonderful and helpful people. The staff is kind and willing. The room clean and spacious with a large bathroom and an amazing balcony with a view of the sea. Wonderful breakfast in the garden of the guesthouse with a choice. Excellent location, quiet, no fuss, very close to the center and only 5 minutes from the port on foot. The best choice I could have made. Will definitely choose it again.

Fantastic location on the sea front, walking distance from the ferry terminal. Spacious units with handy kitchenette and decently sized fridge - super if you have kids that suddenly go hungry. The pool is fantastic for kids and adults (separated). Breakfasts were idyllic, outside with a view of the sea, great beroert and the best yogurt! I would easily say it’s the best destination to stay in Spetses. Daily cleaning, friendly staff, comfortable beds.

Perfect Location in the city centre and 5 minutes from the port. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Room had the essential for our stay (comfy bed, nice bathroom, hangers and fridge). Temperature was perfect (also had air-conditioning), lightning was also great. Little balcony to sit at night in the front was great. Cleaning was also perfect as they were tidying the room every day and you could ask to change sheets and towels whenever you liked.

Mare Monte was fabulous in every respect, family owned and run with attention to detail, great breakfast and relaxation area, large immaculately cleaned rooms. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Friendly and super helpful owners. They arranged golf buggy so that 4 of us could circle the wonderful island of Spetses. Highly recommend and much better than big impersonal hotels

what a beautiful stay! so peaceful, so nice. The single room is actually not single, it’s big enough and has a small double bed. so quiet, away from all noises. you will love the breakfast by the pool, and the pool itself. Villa Irini is 6 min walking distance from the old port and max 10 from few nice beaches. both ladies running the business are great!
