I'm not sure what we can add that hasn't already been said. Tina is an excellent host. She explained where we should visit and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast is excellent, fresh orange juice and bacon & eggs as well as many fabulous freshly baked sweet and savoury options. Our room got upgraded due to a cancellation and we had a larger balcony overlooking the front street (lovely watching the horse and carriages go by). We hired an ATV for the day just opposite the hotel and had a great day exploring the island (€40). We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Tina 🤗

Fantastic location on the sea front, walking distance from the ferry terminal. Spacious units with handy kitchenette and decently sized fridge - super if you have kids that suddenly go hungry. The pool is fantastic for kids and adults (separated).
Breakfasts were idyllic, outside with a view of the sea, great beroert and the best yogurt!
I would easily say it’s the best destination to stay in Spetses.
Daily cleaning, friendly staff, comfortable beds.

Perfect Location in the city centre and 5 minutes from the port. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Room had the essential for our stay (comfy bed, nice bathroom, hangers and fridge). Temperature was perfect (also had air-conditioning), lightning was also great. Little balcony to sit at night in the front was great. Cleaning was also perfect as they were tidying the room every day and you could ask to change sheets and towels whenever you liked.

The property is exquisite and so well kept. Grounds are clean very well maintained, also has a wonderful plunge pool to cool off in. Spiro our host was outstanding with lots of information and helpful in every way. Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was plentiful and courtyard was so inviting to sit and rest in. We absolutely loved staying here !

This property is full of surprise from the free taxi pick up by the port to the luggage transport to the port, the swimming pool looks even great the picture and Instagramable. The staff is so nice to us. I regret I should have tipped. I should’ve. I will come back maybe with friends or family one more time or many times

I rented a scooter.
I rented a scooter.
Near the Orloff there is a very good bakery to buy a Tyropita to bring to the beaches in case one still wants a snack after the incredibly good breakfast.
One of the most beautiful beaches is Agia Paraskevi.
Other people go by bicycle or Elettric Bicycle, some walk, some jog.
There are incredible places to discover.
All choices for dining out according to your taste.
I liked traditional Greek food at a tavern called Bouboulina, but I explored a lot.

You need to find time to discover the island and walk...
You need to find time to discover the island and walk through all the little streets. I don't necessarily recommend a walking tour of the island, like we did, but with enough water and the right shoes, it can be a pleasant adventure.

It was a great mix of local charm and tourism.
It was a great mix of local charm and tourism. Really easy to get around. Local people friendly with nods, smiles and hellos. Always felt safe. Beaches were great but wear thongs as the pebbles are brutal.
