Karl and the team offer faultless customer service and a beautiful environment. Delicious breakfast every morning, lovely pool, perfect spot to get out for a walk, a great local lunch or dinner, go shopping, or to swim from the beach. Great location for a short or longer stay.

Very nice rooms with AC and sea view in a very good location in Spetses. We had a medical emergency and the hospital was kind enough to guide us with the doctor on the island and facilitated easy transportation.

Our two pleasant days on Spetse island have been made more memorable by this lovely hotel. The lady of the house is particularly friendly and gracious with her warm and welcoming heart. When I return to this beautiful Greek island, this will be the hotel I choose again to stay at.

The bed was AMAZING! My husband and I both commented on how comfortable it was. The room was lovely and clean. They had all the basics and necessities you needed - but they were all excellent and very good quality.

Owned and run by a family, this was one of the best hotel experiences of our lives. Tina and her family are very friendly and welcoming, they make sure your stay is nothing less than perfect. Homemade breakfast is very tasty with lots of pastry and desert options as well. The room and other areas are spotless clean. Tina also helped us about places to go not only in Spetses but other islands as well. Great sunset and sunrise views from the balcony.
