Excellent location, good breakfast

It is in the middle of the both sides of island; for ex 5 min from old habour, 2 min centre. Easy to access, very clean, and everyday new towel and freshements.

Everything was wonderful! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was quite tasty, and Mr. Panayiotis was very kind and welcoming. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

The hosts are truly exceptional people – incredibly friendly, caring, understanding, thoughtful, and genuinely lovely. They made us feel not only welcome but truly at home from the very first moment. The house itself is an absolute dream! Every single detail has been carefully considered, and it is clear that an extraordinary amount of love, passion, and dedication has gone into creating this beautiful place. The interior is incredibly tasteful, elegant, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with a wonderful attention to even the smallest details. Everything about this house exceeded our expectations in every possible way. It offers absolutely everything one could wish for, with outstanding comfort, beautiful surroundings, and every imaginable amenity. Nothing is missing, and everything has been arranged to make guests feel completely relaxed, comfortable, and special. You can truly feel the love and care that the hosts have put into every corner of this wonderful home. For us, Casa di Spezis was so much more than just accommodation. It was a very special place filled with warmth, beauty, peace, and unforgettable moments – a little piece of paradise on the stunning island of Spetses. We feel incredibly grateful and fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful home and to experience such exceptional hospitality. Modern, comfortable, great location, and an responsive host.

Very quiet location with fantastic views of the sea. Beautiful little apartment, nicely outfitted. The owner was exceptional: arranged for early check-in and late check-out and even helped instantly with luggage that I left behind. So grateful!

Our stay at 1800 Mansion was more of an experience than a simple stay. It is a traditional house, perfectly maintained, which made us feel as if we were living in its prime years. The location is outstanding, right in the center of the new port, with a breathtaking sea view that left us speechless. The balcony and rooftop provide the perfect setting for creating unforgettable memories while enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine kindly provided by the host. Apart from the house itself, the experience was made even better by the hostess, Chara. She has so much of positive energy, and it is evident that she loves her job and her house, making every effort to ensure we felt comfortable. I definitely want to come back.

The host was very friendly and helpful with all our questions! The place was very clean and has all the facilities needed for a very comfort stay! It is very well located, too, and the garden is a plus!
