Excellent location in the very center of Esztergom, availability of two guarded parking areas (one in front of the hotel, another on the side, but with direct access to hotel), quietness (especially in single rooms, which was amazing as the hotel is in the center of the town), high level of comfort in single rooms (pleasant design, very comfortable bed and bathroom), excellent breakfast (almost at the 4-star level), attentive and efficient front office employees. To conclude: one of the leading 3-star hotels I have ever stayed, definitely recommended to all visiting or passing through Esztergom.

Very clean and spacious. All appliances and equipment are new and modern and of higher standard. Breakfast around the corner was very good. Vegan options were also available so it was great. The water pressure was great, so taking a bath is very quick, which was a nice bonus. The nespresso machine in the room was also great.

The facilities are modern, clean and well appointed. It was a perfect place to stay as we continued on our bike trip. We all enjoyed the large waterpark and saunas. The meals were quite good. We particularly appreciated that the resort provided both dinner and breakfast. Excellent value !

    We had a close up view of the lake. There was a walking path next to the hotel that went along the lake and had wonderful restaurants. The room was spacious and had a heating rack so we could wash and dry our clothes

    Esztergom is a beautiful historical town. People are friendly here, as in most of Hungary. Excellent shopping and dining options. Sometimes there is a problem with parking down in the city. Very good parking options around the basilica.

    The town of Tata is a very beautiful, calm, peaceful town. We walked along both lakes and the English Park. The catering offer is okay. It was very interesting to watch the boats and their rowers from the shore of the lake.

    Esztergom is not a big city and it gives opportunities for travelers to walk to most of the sights. The importance of the city on the Danube was high and it is rich in history. The seat of the head of the Hungarian Catholic church is in Esztergom and the cathedral is stunningly beautiful with a cafe in the dome part, which provides uncomparable view of the city and the surroundings. I would visit again if I have opportunity!

    Nice quiet place, half of lake is quiet without any buidlings. Other half is great for restaurants, playground. We did nice long walk (10 km ) start with observation tower and walk around whole lake to finnish with great dinner. Just if you start on the lonely site of lake, take water/wine/beer with you :). Lake is nice and clean, nice for swimming(july). You can take dog with you (lots of dogs around)

    If you have car trouble near here, there are many helpful car dealerships and auto mechanics in this town. Not a bad place at all to get stuck for a day. Nearby Tata has some historical sights for you as well. Don't miss the preserved examples of communism!

    With the basilica looming above it, there's a real sense of history about this town. Very filmic atmosphere. Lovely river frontage and great cycleways and walkways. The town square has its own wishing well fountain a la Trevi. it's close by train to Budpest and definitely worth a weekend or more stay

    The city is quite tranquil and beautiful.

    The city is quite tranquil and beautiful. Both the Eszterházy manor and the castle were great to visit, plus there are two scenic lakes with park areas to stroll through, Platán Bistro was a great lunch experience, with awesome food and desserts to die for. Go with the Salted Caramel and Apricot Tart, you'll not regret it.
