The staff are super friendly and they went extra miles to ensure that we have the best time there, all requests were attended to in a timely and professional manner. The reception team and house keeping team, Dee, Septi and Trisma are extremely helpful, many thanks for your wonderful service! The facilities are spotlessly cleaned and well maintained. There's zero things we do not like about this hotel.

The hotel is just nice for a quiet break away from the busy schedule, it was tugged at the end of the alley which needs to walk about 3 to 4 minutes from the main streets. Good thing is all the noises of the motor bike will be shut off totally, bad thing while walking along the alley, there will be ongoing motor bikes coming in and out which you are advised to be careful especially at night.

Raya Uluwatu Pecatu), food, beaches, temples, and other tourist spots are accessible from this place so the unavailability of food service in the place is the least of our problems (they do serve Bintang though). The rooms are sure to be made clean by Johan upon request, air conditioning is working perfectly, same with the wifi. Toiletries, towels, and drinking water are available and swimming pool is sure to be operating when you swim, whenever we go home to Uluwatu Desa after a day's tour, the beds are cozy to sleep in, perfect size for me, my partner, and our 10-month old baby. The owner and caretaker are accommodating and was very considerate (we arrived 2am at Uluwatu Desa and Johan was patiently waiting for us to get settled in)

First, the service is amazing. the staff are attentive and friendly and make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. They go above and beyond to meet your needs. We were working and traveling so they arranged an area where we could work during the day. they took great care of us. The Valerian is a small, but beautiful property. It’s also 30 minutes outside of Ubud, so it’s very peaceful and quiet - perfect for couples and for people who want to be away from the noise of the town. They have a driver who will take you into town and it’s easy to find a cab to bring you back at the end of the day. The pool and property are as beautiful as in the photos. The sunsets are stunning from the pool. The rooms are large and very clean and modern. We loved that they had laundry facilities on the property.
