I had an excellent stay at Lava Sky. The property is very clean and well maintained, with incredible views—especially at sunrise. The staff went above and beyond, lighting the fire for us each night at the requested time and even coordinating takeaway deliveries when needed. When I arrived with a flat bike tire, they took care of it right away. Everything was seamless, and I felt well looked after. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

I feel incredibly lucky to have discovered Hotel Cinze, a brand-new hotel nestled in the beautiful highlands of Batur, Kintamani. The atmosphere is serene and peaceful—far from any noise or distractions. The design of the pool area is aesthetic and calming, but what truly sets this hotel apart is its series of charming hot water jacuzzis. These jacuzzis are equipped with advanced temperature control technology, offering a variety of heat settings. I believe this might be one of the most unique hot spring experiences in Indonesia! My room was located on the upper floor, where I was treated to not just one, but two breathtaking views. As I breathed in the crisp, fresh air of Kintamani, I could gaze directly at Lake Batur and three majestic mountains surrounding it: Mount Batur, Mount Agung, and Mount Abang. The room itself was immaculate—well-furnished with high-quality amenities and modern interior touches. The highlight? Each room comes with a private jacuzzi located right in front of your doorstep, allowing you to unwind while still enjoying the stunning scenery. Although the hotel is still undergoing development and expansion, the experience already feels complete. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything you need. Impressively, the owner is directly involved in overseeing the hotel operations and mentoring the staff, ensuring top-notch service for all guests.

the owners were very friendly, they helped us organize our trip to Mt Batur. the rooms were new and very clean. Each room had its own jacuzzi with natural hot water. Great value for money. Definatley worth staying here 2 nights if you want to climb Mt Batur
