I had an amazing stay at Le Pirate Island and everything went beyond my expectations. I really loved my beachfront glamping tent where I could sleep with the ocean’s sound in the background. I also did the PADI open water certification with the diving office based on the island and it was the best decision ever. Thanks to Alex, the other staff members and the Seacreatures crew for their kindness during these 5 days :-)

The hotel is located only a 15-minute drive from Komodo Airport and Pelni Harbour. From Pelni Harbour, Bidadari Island and beach is only a 25-minute boat ride away. Guests can also take a boat ride to visit the Komodo Rinca Island or Komodo Island from Pelni Harbour. I loved everything! Puri Sari is a fantastic choice for those seeking a quiet and comfortable place to relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet still within a 10-15 minute drive by car or motorbike. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful garden and features a lovely pool. I also enjoyed the beachfront restaurant. The food, especially the Asian dishes, was delicious and affordable. Everything was very clean and thoughtfully designed. Staff members were absolutely amazing! Thank you all for your hospitality and kindness 🙏🌹

You can see it’s relatively new and everything is kept in great condition. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very nicely decorated – a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring! We also want to share two personal tips for anyone visiting Riung. First: in the evening, go to Rico Rico. Even if it’s your first time, you’ll feel like you’ve known everyone forever. You can eat, have a beer and spend the night singing together with locals and travelers – a truly special experience! Second: we warmly recommend Aji as a driver and guide. We arranged our transfer from Riung to Bajawa with him even before arriving in Indonesia, through Nuna Bungalow. We had such a great time that we canceled our other transfers and traveled with him all the way to Labuan Bajo, making several wonderful stops. Aji is not only a careful and safe driver, but also a fantastic guide who will make sure you don’t miss any of Flores’ beauty, sharing stories and details about this amazing island. We even spent time together laughing and sharing Arak! If you need a driver or guide in Flores, ask the Nuna Bungalow staff about Aji! You won’t regret it.

The homestay has family rooms. he hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I was promptly shown to my room.

D'Flora Homestay is a recently renovated homestay in Labuan Bajo, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. I have never felt so welcomed in a Homestay in my life. I really mean it. Arief and Ellen are the kindest people ever, always ready to chat and help, with the biggest smile. This is reason enough to stay at this place, believe me, you won’t regret! On top, it is also great value for money. Location is a bit off the main town (10min) but they are always available to take you by motorbike for a symbolic fee. They even took me to my boat ride at 7am on my last day and gave me bananas for the trip. 💙 I also enjoyed having dinner at the property (Gado Gado was yummy!). Bonus are the two lovely dogs, Hugo and Viola, great chilling companions. I didn’t have the pleasure to see the 2 cat residents, but they are also there! Thank you Ellen, thank you Arief. You guys really go above and beyond to make your guests feel home and enjoy the island. You are beautiful human beings. I will keep these nice memories in my heart. 💙

Situated in Labuan Bajo, within 1.6 km of Wae Rana Beach and 1.7 km of Pede Beach, Puu Pau Hotel & Coffee Shop features accommodation with a shared lounge and free WiFi throughout the property as well as free private parking for guests who drive. The accommodation offers a concierge service, and luggage storage for guests. Excellent hotel, the room was really comfortable and spacious with a smart TV. Tea & coffee making facilities and free water. There was a concert or something going on behind the hotel during our stay which was so loud it vibrated our room in the early hours, but the staff were really kind and offered us free airport transfer and laundry for the trouble. Really lovely staff and the coffee shop downstairs is great too.
