Very quiet and spacious. Super nice staff. And a big swimming pool. They also connected us to a very good guide that organised to go to the funeral ceremonies, but also a walk in the rice fields, a visite to a market, a visite to the buffalo market, a visite to the graves,…

What a Lovely experience we had on Sanduk !!!
Arrived with the night bus at 5:30am from Makassar and were welcomed by Ibra, our host, who made ourselves comfortable, prepared great breakfast, booked a guide and a car for the day ahead.
Ibra was THE Highlight of our stay, always here to help/guide/recommend, but never intrusive. We felt at home, and even better!
Location was ideal for us, not too central, and great start place for trekking or site visits.
Too notch ! Thx Ibra

Nice homestay on the edge of Rantepao.
We did several tours organized by the host, which were nice.
Rooms are ok, no AC but it doesn't get that hot, so the fan is enough.
We ate at the homestay, the food was good.

Cozy house with good beds. Breakfast and dinner were included and were excellent. The owner prepares it fresh and takes requests. Kentang goreng for the kids! :-) She can also arrange a driver/guide for tours in the Rantepao area and transfer to for example Makassar. The driver we had was very good and the minivan we rented for the transfer was also very good!

The place is cozy and the people amazing. Cristian is extremely helpful with any recommendations or needs you might have, really appreciated him during our stay. I also recommend John as a guide, he is very knowledgeable on the area as he is local, very nice and will taylor the day based on what you wanna see.

Peso and Ana were really really lovely. They catered for our every need, from working out great itineraries to feeding us fantastic home cooked Indonesian meals, from accommodating us extending our stay to helping sort out our daughter’s visa extension. Location was great and the rooms good. A great place for travelling families to stay.
