The studio is beautifully appointed with kitchenette, lovely balcony. Mine looked out onto foliage and quiet street. It’s amazing how quiet and peaceful the apartment is given its proximity to Rothschild (a stone’s throw). Groceries, cafes, restaurants all nearby. Walkable to Neve Tzedek, Nahalat Binyamin, Beach, Carmel market. (And for you Americans out there… I’ve never had such amazing hot water pressure anywhere in Israel ;)). You simply cannot go wrong at Rothschild Studios. Thank you for a beautiful stay. ❤️

Kitchen well equipped and nice to have free milk, coffee machine (Nespresso) with some free coffee capsules. Boardgames. Quiet street. Plenty of parking on the street. Lovely owners.

I was supper happy with the accomodation and also it exceed my expectations. The place offer also souvenirs, beers, bike rental, laundry, and luggage locker. Meir was super friendly and helpful person giving us some suggestions about transport to the airport, and also he left a city map where you can find the best restaurants and places to visit during your staying in Tel- Aviv. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone is visiting Tel Aviv. If one day, I will back to Tel-Aviv I will back to this place. Highly recommended! 🙂

The seafront is a 5-minute walk from this property. It was affordable, clean, and comfortable. The owner of the hotel even cooked us an incredibly tasty Friday night dinner. He was very kind, and I would encourage anyone to stay at this property.
