The rooms were very clean and big. Had and amazing stay. They have a very beautiful restaurant lounge and bar and the food is also so tasty. Swimming pool was open 24*7. Staff was very co operative and housekeeping was amazing. Two beaches are nearby ashvem and morjim. The hotel is situated on road and has a very big parking space which I liked so much. Overall it was a fantastic stay.

As soon as I saw the listing of this property on booking.com, I fell in love, but I wasn't prepared for how much more beautiful it would be in person. The space is huge and designed so well to have different corners and experiences for your every mood - you can spend the whole day just hanging out here! The staff were impeccable and the room was outstanding. The bed was soooo comfortable that it was difficult to wake up! What I loved the most was how elements of nature were seamlessly integrated into everything. Modern, chic and elegant architecture, amazing bar, music and vibes! What's more is that it's perfectly located so you can get to all the hot spots in minutes while also offering you the peace and quiet required after a long night out. 10/10, I'll definitely be back! Big shout out to Lucas, Chandy, Keith and Smruthi for making our stay a memorable one.

No water at morning time .. need to all that person to have water in the bath room.... ITs the worst room ..... and service ....no body available at reception for any help / support.     Panaji was a nice stopover for 3 nights before hitting the beaches. Very relaxed city and easy to get around whether by taxi or by foot. Interesting buildings showing Portuguese influence, and interesting places to visit including the fish market, park along the river and local markets.

    It’s absolutely filthy rubbish everywhere can be very noisy. Can be quite hassle at the shops. The Beach sharks can be pretty rude and the food is not very good though there are some really good places though there are a lot of Russian people there. I think they are a better places.
