I visited Hyderabad for my U.S. visa interview and had a great stay at this hotel. The price was very reasonable, and the location is excellent—close to the U.S. Consulate and near Hi-Tech City. There’s a supermarket right next door and several local restaurants nearby. Getting an Uber or auto was easy due to its convenient location. The staff was very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, with air conditioning and hot water available.

As an outsider, booked 2 rooms finding good hotels and pocket friendly are very tough, this place fulfilled my expectations, luxury at cheaper price.     The staff at the hotel was amazing. From Nirupama who supported my Mum to climb up the steps and reassured her that she’s happy to support her to Diganta who is so diligent with ensuring the bags are loaded / unloaded and doors remain open to customers to Girija who always welcome the guests with a beautiful smile and Akshaya who is her associate to Rahul, the young man who assisted my Mum and myself with the bags and kept the room in a pristine condition- it’s these staff that keeps the hotel going. This feedback is an encouragement to the management to recognise their selflessness and dedication, and the long hours they put in, which is very evident to the guests who are staying there . The staff makes this place lovely.

    We booked a suite room and it was better than the likes of Taj in many ways. The furniture was a bit worn out occasionally but the sizes of bedroom, living room, and kitchen were simply amazing. With natural light all over the place in lobbies it was very refreshing. Ample parking. Very close to ISB.

    Ours was a short trip, so we stayed only one for one night. We specifically wanted to stay near the airport and didn't want to go to the city, so we chose this hotel after looking at Booking.com. The staff was cordial and always at our service. Stay was comfortable.

    Ambience was reassuring.

    Ambience was reassuring. But there must be a pre paid auto or taxi system in a prominent place just outside of the railway station. Otherwise the hawkers there are misbehaving with the customers and charging exorbitant fees, also the porters. The city of the stature of Secunderabad should have a transparent well displayed system of porters and pre paid vehicles for plying train passengers. Thanks

    Was there for aviation trainning at Nadergul airfield.

    Was there for aviation trainning at Nadergul airfield. This hotel was closest to the airfield (5 km). Very very bad experience, however, did not have any choice. No ola or uber around, have to rely on public tpt. Negotiate hard. Few restaurants around which are mediocre or plain simple bad.

    Very far from the old city.

    Very far from the old city. If you book a cab through Uber to take you to the old city the drivers cancel the trip because they want a round trip. These UBET drivers are all waiting outside the hotel. Not a shopping area but a lot of good eateries.

    Uppal is an upcoming area in Hyderabad, having a Metro Station and on the Warangal-Ghatkesar road. Lot of Development has done last 2 years. New malls, restaurants, entertainment have been established. Though the Government is working on the new bridge, some work is needed to improve the roads.

    This hotel is a number 1 con they book a room for 1412...

    This hotel is a number 1 con they book a room for 1412 rupees which is so small and shower is on top of the loo with no where to hang your clothes. There is no hot water. He did offer me an upgrade but the cost was 3 times more true the room was much better. This room had curtains but no window and water pipes through the middle of the room and leaking in the bathroom you can hear the water drip. Honestly it is nothing like advertised actually I have my mind to ask for a refund so terrible accommodation. I got up 5 in the morning and both manager and the porter were fast asleep. I did tell them I checking out 5am
