Really lovely hotel. Close to the airport, so perfect for early flights etc.. Staff were fantastic. Great roof top pool.

Excellent value for money, excellent location, super-friendly staff. Breakfast buffet (especially the indian) and food in the cafeteria was tasty and the people working there were very warm and welcoming. We are normally very critical but were absolutely surprised by this place

I arrived very tired and I had only three hours to sleep until the next flight. At the entrance to the hotel, an inspection and they asked me to remove all the electronics from the backpack (and I have a lot of it), I was so tired and 2 hours ago I already took out everything at the airport in Goa and I began to curse for guard. Then the hotel manager came to my aid - he helped me fold all the things, fastened the lightning and reassured me. And also offered me the number of the class above without surcharge! As a result, I spent these three hours in a beautiful room. The staff here is super responsive and caring, I did not expect this! I recommend this hotel! Before entering the airport, international sorties are literally 15 minutes. But from terminal 1 I got to the terminal 2, where the hotel was 45 minutes, as there was a huge line for transfer.

I had left my passport in the safe of their sister hotel the Taj Mahal Palace, the return of this to me was handled so well and I was most impressed especially with the Concierge who clearly knew I was nervous about it - also a Shout out to the Taj Mahal Palace for their part as well !

Very friendly and helpful staff, The room had everything I needed, a bed, en-suit bathroom, balcony, AC, TV and fridge. There was a swimming pool. The beach and town centre are both located within a 5 min walk.

The bed was the comfiest I slept in during my stay in India - I wish I had booked an extra night. Breakfast is a feast. If you are curious about Indian delicacies you can taste so many. After such an abundant breakfast you will not need lunch My room had a lovely pool view. It was super quiet. The staff were very helpful receiving a parcel for me and speaking to the driver to help him find the way.

After a challenging trek in Nepal, I spent 2 nights at the Novotel. The services are excellent. I was able to get my clothes cleaned from the hotel, have a late dinner from room services, and also use the amazing gym center. The rooms are excellent, and I particularly love the fact that they don't use single-use shampoo and soap, which is environmentally friendly. The friendly reception staff welcomed me warmly upon my arrival. Imran deserves recognition for making sure I got the best breakfast and Raul for helping me with my bill. Also Ritwika, Shraddha, Salik and Anchal were really helpuful. Last but not least, the restaurant's chef ensures that their guests receive a fantastic breakfast.

Beautiful setting, really attentive staff, great breakfast. The room was perfect and I enjoyed learning about the history of the hotel. It is right next to the gateway to India. The bakery is amazing, we had really good macaroons.

Everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. What I especially loved was the lovely surprise on the day we checked out. The staff gave us a surprise cake 🎂 and told us they hoped to welcome us back again. My kids were very happy, and it was a wonderful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. Another strong point that pleasantly surprised me was that my children, aged 5 and 9, were not charged for the buffet during our stay. I really appreciated this family-friendly gesture. The location near Mumbai International Airport was also very convenient for my family. We really enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to stay here again soon.

Very conveniently located near thr Airport. Breakfast was really good except masala tea wasn't as good as we expected.
