Wonderful place with high level of security! Comfortable, clean, large room with large bathroom with nice lighting and dimmer controls. Nice garden and swimpools, hot jacuzzi that can be used in late evening. Stuff is professional and well trained. Afternoon Hi tea in the Taj Club longe with a lot of food choices, excellent Lavazza coffee varieties and amazing sunset view!

The staff are extremely helpful. Breakfast is SO nice and the dining area is cosy. You can enjoy the food while you’re watching the life on the streets at the same time.

Comfortable stay and good hospitality

Location could hardly be better especially for a late night arrival or an early morning departure. Hotel is very accommodating and the reception staff are very helpful. I had a flight cancellation which resulted in me having to stay an extra night in Mumbai. the staff got me a room when the airlines couldn't find me one st the airport.

Comprehensive breakfast option and meal selection with flute or Sitar player live in the morning. Nice food options prepared direct at the table. Perfect location to go around in Kaliani Nagar or Khoregaon park. Short distance to Pune Metro

The hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotlessly clean with a modern, well-maintained bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, perfect to start the day off right. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. They were not only friendly but genuinely caring, attentive to every detail, and always willing to go the extra mile. It's clear that they are well-trained and dedicated to making each guest feel valued and welcome.

Very co convenient hotel if you are travelling to/ from the airport. Rooms were spacious and luxurious. Bathtube was a treat. Beds extremely comfortable. Linen - top quality. This was one of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed (and I stayed in many 5* hotels around the world). The best was the kindness of all personnel: extremely helpful and going out of their way to help. They facilitated a lot of my requests and solved problems. Big thank you to Diksha for her kindness!

We liked the location and that the facility is very new. The aiport is really close but yet you can experience the quiet ambience. Shopping is just walking distance away with restaurants & fresh fruits shops We again thank the property manager Mr. Francis Anthony Sir who always exceeds expectations in a place like mumbai. He understands and makes the staff learn the correct way of service industry. We wish you good luck& prosperity in this new venture.

This is one of the best hyatt hotels we stayed in. And one of the best compared to other hotel chains we stayed in. We recieved a very warm welcome from ms sathi who arranged fresh juice for us. Because the temperature was very hot outside. The room and bathroom is spacious, the staff from reception to restaurant are very friendly and polite. Always working with a smile. Nothing is to much for them. Thank you kavita. They have a very wide spread of food items for breakfast. The food is delicious. they also have dinner buffet option. Try the chinese restaurant, delicious. The hotel is not to far from the main things. You can easily find rickshaw our taxi in front of the hotel for a reasonable rate. Once more thank you ms sathi for making our stay memorabel and pleasant! When were in gujarat again this is for sure our hotel!!
