This is not my first stay at Trident Nariman Point, whenever I go to Mumbai, I have always stayed at the Trident. The hotel always exceeds expectations, the ocean views from the room, pool and rooftop are amazing. The location of the hotel is perfect. The menu at Firangipani has changed and love it and their food has always been good. Frankly, I have never had any complaints at Trident. The staff are courteous and helpful, they know everything about the hotel as well the city, you can ask for any advice for in and around the city, services are top notch, the rooms are clean, the views are breathtaking, the hotel smells nice when you walk into the hotel, the food at Firangipani and the cocktails at Ness are delicious. Every time I go to Mumbai, I have always stayed at Trident.

The staff was super friendly and helpful and they really made sure we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very beautiful and clean and the room was extremely comfortable. A perfect sanctuary in a busy city. The breakfast buffet was everything you could hope for and more.

I arrived very tired and I had only three hours to sleep until the next flight. At the entrance to the hotel, an inspection and they asked me to remove all the electronics from the backpack (and I have a lot of it), I was so tired and 2 hours ago I already took out everything at the airport in Goa and I began to curse for guard. Then the hotel manager came to my aid - he helped me fold all the things, fastened the lightning and reassured me. And also offered me the number of the class above without surcharge! As a result, I spent these three hours in a beautiful room. The staff here is super responsive and caring, I did not expect this! I recommend this hotel! Before entering the airport, international sorties are literally 15 minutes. But from terminal 1 I got to the terminal 2, where the hotel was 45 minutes, as there was a huge line for transfer.

The staff was amazing. They did everything for us. They arranged sim cards, transportation, tours, post cards etc. We arrived very early it was no problem they arranged a room for us. We had to leave early the last day and got breakfast to go. They even had free coffee and tea with cookies in the lobby in the afternoon. Attractions for example CSMT and Gateway of India are on short distance from the hotel. Overall a great hotel!

Beautiful and clean , loved the architecture

Location could hardly be better especially for a late night arrival or an early morning departure. Hotel is very accommodating and the reception staff are very helpful. I had a flight cancellation which resulted in me having to stay an extra night in Mumbai. the staff got me a room when the airlines couldn't find me one st the airport.

Restaurant needs a menu for all test, I cannot eat spicy food and there is no choice for non-spicy food or mild spicy food

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Fairytale Birthday Escape – Truly Unforgettable I travelled from Dubai for a three-night escape to celebrate my 58th birthday, and from the very first moment I stepped into the Taj, it felt like a true fairytale. Everything about this property is about attention to detail. From enjoying a simple yet perfect sandwich by the pool, to beautifully crafted cocktails at the Indian restaurant, every experience was thoughtful and refined. Breakfast was a joy each morning with live music creating a calm, elegant atmosphere, complemented by stunning floral displays throughout the hotel. The staff are without question the greatest asset of this property. Warm, genuine, professional, and always attentive, they made me feel truly cared for. There was not a single moment during my stay where I felt disappointed or let down. The highlight was, of course, the effort the team made on the evening of my birthday. The gesture was incredibly touching and something I will remember for a very long time. It showed heart, kindness, and a true understanding of hospitality. And the location… oh my God — simply perfect. If you are looking for an experience rather than just a stay, this is the place. The Taj doesn’t just host you — it creates memories. Highly recommended, and I will most certainly return.

Rooms were very Nice, Breakfast was excellent so much selection. Staff was superb, always saying hello and always willing to help.

We had the most amazing stay at the Leela Mumbai. What a fabuluous location .. literally a short hop from the Mumbai T2 terminal with the brand new underground metro M3/Aqua. Or one can have a very comfy airport pickup arranged by the hotel's luxurious cars, for less than €15! Plus, even though it is so close to the airport, due to the immense greenery of the property and the orientation of the runways w.r.t. the hotel property .. one rarely heard or saw any planes. Amazing! Right from the moment we walked in, we knew we were gonna have a great time! Deepti Ma'am at check-in was super wonderful .. everything got done so quickly, efficiently and in such a friendly manner! Even though we were an hour or so before their regular check-in time, they had rooms waiting for us! The room was fantastic. After a long-haul flight, it felt like being in heaven. We slept like babies .. such great quality beds! Awesome! We really enjoyed the 2-for-1 cocktails for Happy Hour at the fountain outside. Shailendra took great care to ensure that we were comfortable and that every one of us had a great time! The drinks were a little bit too strong for our tastes tbh but still .. we left the outer bar area with huge smiles on our faces! 😊 Then, onto the (prepaid in the room price) buffet .. which was outstanding! The Leela really has a humungous buffet .. at which everyone will def. find something amazing to dig into! We loved the attention and care we got from Marshal .. he made sure that every little desire of ours was totally fulfilled! At the same buffet place again for breakfast, Marshal did a great job!! A huge thanks to all the staff at the Leela Mumbai .. we loved it so much that we have booked more nights after xmas to be here again! We shall def. repeat staying at this lovely hotel .. esp. on our 1st night into and last night out of India, given how super-duper convenient it is to get to/from T2 from this hotel.

We had an excellent stay at Novotel Mumbai. Very convenient location near the airport, they accommodated an early check in which we were very grateful for as we travelled with two small children. The food was fantastic, staff very friendly and helpful, and the place spotless. We only stayed for a day and half a night and were provided with a packed breakfast. Can highly recommend this place.

The service was excellent. Good food, great room, very clean and well presented with top quality. Great service team with exceptions.
