The owner was very helpful and the apartment was spacious with a great view of the sea s as ms a nice deck. kitchen was great. Restaurant was wonderful also and it directly across from the water….. we’d hat could be better!!!

The hotel has a fabulous situation on the shore, separated from the pebble beach only by a low-rise little house, and planned on multiple levels so all face the sea. It’s conveniently situated at the quiet end of the main street, so restaurants and bars are nearby. It’s a pleasant walk from the ferry (700 m along the seaside promenade). Our room was perfectly clean and comfortable and spacious. It looked out across the sea over roofs of those below which were being scrubbed and whitewashed for the summer. (In May, we were almost the only guests). The view was idyllic, taking in Lipari with Panarea and Stromboli in the distance, very quiet in the evening. We made ourselves wake up early each morning to watch the dawn coming and sunrise reflecting in the sea. The hotel is very much the personal establishment of the wonderful proprietor Angela, who ensures that it’s all excellent. She was very welcoming and hospitable, going out of her way to be helpful. And she provided an excellent buffet breakfast every morning, in an airy dining room with view over the sea. As long as one of the party can speak some Italian, this is the perfect place to stay.

Shops all within walking distance. Hiked to Monte Fosse. Absolutely beautiful. The owner Johnny, along with his brother Massimo and staff member Diego, greeted us with open arms. 100% classy people! I highly recommend this property!

Great location in the heart of Lipari (mind you, everything is within walking distance no matter where in Lipari you stay), very helpful/attentive staff w good local connections & recommendations. We felt very well-looked after: their working relationship w Da Massimo Tours meant it was easy for us to book our boat tours (and I felt we probably got the best-run tour company in the Aeolian Islands), and when we had to do an early AM departure they offered to stock our fridge with breakfast the night before, how nice is that?

She offered me fresh vegetables and fruit from her garden, homemade jam and helped me a lot in arranging excursions to the other Aeolian islands and transportation in Lipari (since I don't speak Italian). The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a nice garden. It has a beautiful view and is ideal for calm nights.

The hotel offers a lot of facilities: we liked the little access to the sea, the location in Lipari but out of the crowded streets, the free shuttle they offer at arrival/departure, the shower facility that you can use after the checkout. We ate there 1 night and the food was very good. The staff was very kind. We will go back when in Lipari.

As you can tell from photos, the property is expansive and has fantastic views. Of course, the weather is no one's fault, but in fantastic weather everything, of course, is more superior. The views and pools are very relaxing and offer a remote getaway if you are looking for that type of trip. When things went wrong, the resort did offer us 30 minute complimentary massages at the spa which was nice.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, everything was excellent. The room has a breathtaking view from the balcony. The staff cleaned and changed the towels every day. Breakfast was so good with a lot of options. The bonus was an amazing view from our terrace. Good sized pool with sea water. The road to the center of Lipari took us about 8 minutes. Definitely we come back.

The pool area really is just as great as the photos! Incredibly comfortable bed and it's quiet so we slept very well. Amazingly helpful and friendly staff, always ready to assist with any issues and make very good suggestions for dinner and excursions. We particularly appreciated their flexibility on cleaning to meet our requirements as we had our dog and kitten with us. Thank you very much!

Very nice apartment in the center of the Santa Marina Salina village, 5 minutes walk away from the closest beach, 5 minutes from the bus stop and 5 minutes away from the ferry terminal. Nice, clean, with all that you need for a week-long stay. Luigi was very nice and helpful during the whole stay.
