Professional and extremely friendly staff

Lovely pool, amazing breakfast with fresh fruits, juices and full on continental breakfast, mind blowing view from the rooms facing the ocean and Gabriella in the reception was absolutely fantastic and helped us with everything. The two women working in the restaurant were also very friendly and helpful. We were a group of 14 people from Sweden.

A truly wonderful stay! We would especially like to highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff. We felt welcome from the very first moment. The hotel’s location is perfect and the breakfast was very good!

A dream stay at Hotel Santa Lucia in Santa Cesarea Terme! The staff was incredibly friendly, always helpful and smiling. The breakfast was complete, varied, and made with fresh ingredients. And the dinner… simply fantastic! Generous portions, excellent flavors, and lovingly prepared dishes – every evening was a true delight. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, warm hospitality, and outstanding cuisine

the best dinners we have had on our travels. taste and aesthetics, service exclusively for you. forget everything is included when the food is presented as a mountain of food. dinner consists of 3 starters, first course, main course and dessert. I am 191 cm tall and you will definitely be full. I rate 12 out of 10.

Everything is excellent. The reception desk team is very pleasant and helpful, as well as breakfast team and cleaning ladies. Breakfast is excellent, with a variety of food: grilled, fresh, and marinated veggies, scrambled eggs, quish, cold cuts , cheese, fresh fruits:apples,watermelon,,oranges,pineapples, varies drinks: water flat and bubbly, coffee and served to the table tasty csppuci ! Service is great and very pleasant. Thank you, teams !! Mind though that the property is older and hallways carpet has to be changed. Rooms are pleasant, panelledfloor, interior is stylish and bed mattrace is firm ! Space in closet is good,safe works well, windows are tall, new and fresh air can be let in ! Good space size. We recommend Grand Hotel to everyone ! Perfectly located, steps to the railway station, Castromediano Museum is very close and a must to visit!!, Old Town just 4 min ,and not far to bus terminal (8 min by taxi= 13 euro) to Matera via Taranto,Rome, Napoli...

Everything was great, staff, breakfast, bed, pillows, towels, and the room has a lot of space. Google Maps doesn't show you, but you can catch buses 8, 9, 10, or 11 from Brindisi Train Station to the Hotel. So you don't have to walk 20 minutes.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot express how grateful I am to everyone at Best Western Nettuno Brindisi, especially Damiano Fiorentino. After my flight was delayed by over three hours, I arrived in Brindisi with no transportation to Porto Cesareo and found myself stranded. By pure luck, I managed to book the last available room at the hotel after a cancellation just minutes before. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with incredible kindness. The staff looked after me so well, offering me complimentary breakfast and making me feel more like a friend than a guest. A very special thank you to Damiano Fiorentino, who truly went above and beyond. The following day, he personally drove me all the way to Porto Cesareo, making sure I arrived safely. As a solo traveller in an unfamiliar place, his kindness, generosity meant more than I can put into words. He showed me around, helped me get my bearings, and reminded me that there are still wonderful people in this world who help others simply because they can. Thank you also to the restaurant team and reception staff, who were equally welcoming and caring throughout my stay. What could have been a stressful experience turned into a beautiful memory thanks to the incredible people at Best Western Nettuno. If you’re visiting Brindisi, I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. You won’t just find a hotel, you’ll find people who genuinely care. With heartfelt gratitude, Nona ❤️
