We were given a large suite-like room. Comfy beds and clean facilities. Bathrooms were modernised and clean. A brilliant breakfast was included in the stay. Used the hotel car park as well. All in order, no issues will surely stay here again if I come to Switzerland. We were greeted by a sweet young lady at the reception during the check-in :)

Everything - location, room, bathroom, hostes very helpful and great restaurant downstairs.

The reception employees both Night and Shift were amazing, they guided me through Switzerland and other Europe countries. Surely it will not be the last time.

This was the fourth or fifth visit for us. We find the hotel convenient and comfortable for a quick stop. We initially chose it because of the anytime check-in. We normally arrive quite late and not having to worry about missing a check-in window allows us to drive safely

Perfect position on the lake front with access to ships, buses and plenty of great restaurants. It was quiet and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was spacious, clean, with air condition, and amazing view. Location is perfect buses run every 10 minutes to city centre, and with ticcino ticket is free.

It could not be closer to the main station. Perfectly situated - also close to the lake and the old town.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is good. Excellent price-quality ratio. The staff is very helpful and friendly. All praise and recommendations.

They have stove and microwave right in the room, it's amazing for budget backpacker who don't mild self-catering

Thank you for the room upgrade! Surprisingly great price/quality ratio, since the accommodation is really cheap for Switzerland and such location. Super close to the railway but still quiet, also clean and has quite nice breakfast options (for money, not included, but still). Elevator is very helpful especially for mansard room like mine.

Location was amazing, right at the lake. We only had one night at the place but we had a nice drinks outside in the evening, breakfast with the view (amazing options, including some prosecco) and chilled at the pool for half a day. They have a secured parking nearby (you can unload the car at the hotel and then take the car, 3 min walk). Rooms were just the right size with very comfy beds.

Facilities were amazing, the breakfast buffet was great, and i received a lovely birthday surprise by the wonderful staff.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choices and everything fresh. The staff was very accommodating, even bringing coffee to the table despite having coffee machines available. The breakfast hours were also convenient. The room had everything we needed—clean, spacious, and comfortable. The spa was fantastic, very relaxing, and open during convenient hours. On our last day, we wanted to visit the spa earlier, and they kindly arranged it for us. The location was excellent, and since we visited at the end of September, it wasn’t too crowded. Overall, a very nice experience.

The staff was very nice and welcoming, always with a smile and ready to help. Nice rooms and very clean.

Great location 3 minute walk from the station, so advice not to get the room with lake view - may be noisy

We truly enjoyed our stay here and are looking forward to coming back. The location is perfect: close enough to the railway to manage a walk with the suitcase, yet not too close so that you feel like you live on a train. The room was spacious, I particularly enjoyed the mattress and the pillows and got a wonderful sleep. The terrace is a wonderful place with a view for nightcap. The staff was super friendly, helpful and nice to talk to. The breakfast was tasty with fresh croissants and a very good coffee.

Fabulous view, helpful and friendly staff, nice restaurant (Havana Bar), spacious and comfortable room and great location. Just a short walk to the bus and train stations so it’s easy to get around (3 minutes from Central Lugano by train) and the walk back is great for burning off the gelato calories (a steep uphill climb with 52 steps) but totally worth it. We took a taxi upon arrival and departure as it would have been too difficult with luggage but it was fine for day trips and evenings out.
