The staff is very helping and friendly (helping with late arrival). Clean and spacious rooms with character. Calm and safe position (also for your car). Nice garden. Lake, ice-cream bars and train station nearby.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was incredibly friendly, caring, and always ready to help. You really feel welcomed and looked after. The breakfast was very delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. Everything was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully organized.

Everything. Quiet, calm, no mosquitoes, staff are great, food is home made and delicious, coffee is great and strong, parking is available. Fair price for what it’s worth! Recommend saying, with family is good option too.

Everything was as expected. Really good place to stay for our long weekend getaway.

The hotel is set with a view right on the Monte San Giorgio, and sitting above the Lago di Lugano (south-west facing). I liked the view a lot, together with the excellent food offered for lunch and dinner - the kitchen is excellent. The staff even provided vegan food, also for breakfast, which I highly appreciated. The hotel is also the center of village life (Arogno is a really nice authentic village), and you can play ping pong and boccia, or just have a drink in the garden. The location is good to explore the Lugano area, also for hiking - post busses go almost every hour (until late at night), and combining a swim in the lake with a hike is no problem at all.

Everything was very clean and we were very well welcomed by the hosts. We booked a table in the restaurant and the food was very good. The wine selection is amazing good. The location was great and we had a fantastic view from our room and we were able to charge our eletric car directly at the hotel. Thanks for the hospitality.

Wonderful location for our stop over. Staff were friendly and very helpful and the food was very good and to our liking. Wish could have stayed longer but will stop on our next trip through Italy.
