Super friendly staff. The room was clean and had a nice view of the garden and lake. There was ample dedicated parking for the hotel visitors, bistro bar downstairs. The pool was nice, with sunbeds and umbrellas available. Overall great experience. Overall I’d stay here again since everything was as expected.

I and my husband went to the party. We needed the room only for a few hours after the party. So we book the accommodation for the reasonable price and we did not except a lot. But than we were very nicely surprised by the situation of the hotel, the staff friendliness and how the room were cleaned. The bed were very comfortable.

The staff were incredibly helpful!!! the restaurant food is absolutely exceptional and the breakfast was everything I could want and more. the lake view from our bed was the most memorable wake up. would recommend this 100x over

Everything. Quiet, calm, no mosquitoes, staff are great, food is home made and delicious, coffee is great and strong, parking is available. Fair price for what it’s worth! Recommend saying, with family is good option too.

The atmosphere was breathtaking, the place is very clean and the host makes the place extremely comfortable. The espresso is exceptional. Really enjoyed the darts and table tennis cool little feature.

The location is absolutely stunning with beautiful lake and mountain views. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Most importantly, the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Margherita, who was exceptional and provided outstanding service throughout our stay.

Very very nice stay by Lugano as it is in peaceful location. Campione itself worths a visit. With bus traveling to town is easy. Staff is friendly and professional. Parking is an extra point. We had the lake view and we love it. We would definitely come again!

Just near the motorway! We stopped end of June just for overnight rest. The room was very big and clean. Very clean bathroom and towels. Very comfortable bed for both of us, very clean bedding and comfortable pillows. Check in at any time, 24h concierge. Very nice staff. Plenty of choices for breakfast and very tasty coffee. Breakfast from 6am to 10am. Check out by 10am. Plenty of parking. And very good curtains, to make the room dark, to my liking! AC working as intended. Small fridge that was cooling well enough. And all the rest you can and should find in a 4* hotel. Got the room with very good discount in the app so, yes, good value for money.

It is the most idyllic and romantic little place with rooms overlooking the lake. You just can’t get enough. 😀

Amazing view in the front of the lake. The room very spacious and clean and the staff in the reception and spa very gently and helpful. Also excellent food at the hotels restaurant.

Wonderful location for our stop over. Staff were friendly and very helpful and the food was very good and to our liking. Wish could have stayed longer but will stop on our next trip through Italy.
