Well located, in the main village on the island, near the port and the beginning of the hiking route. Cozy room, not very spacious, but had all the utensils needed. Staff was very helpful, they solved immediately our tiny problem with the shower.

This is a really friendly, exceptionally clean accomodation in a stylish and authentic Sicilian guest house. Location is excellent, only a couple of minutes from the port, shops, restaurants, beaches and the path to the crater is close as well. The owner, Manfredi is a perfect host! The terraces on the ground floor and the roof are great too! We really enjoyed our stay here! Highly recommended!

The hotel was super clean, and the staff was agreeable. We enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices. We also had dinner at the restaurant, and it was excellent. The location is not super central but the hotel has a shuttle bus that takes you to the harbour or if you like to walk, it's just 20/25 minutes walk.

Attention if you go outside of high season (we went in March) everything will be closed in this village. The personnel did not tell us that we could only eat at their bar and that we had to preorder dinner. When we finally relealized this and preordered the dinner, they forgot about it and almost sent us away. At breakfast the ladies were quite unfriendly too.

The pool area really is just as great as the photos! Incredibly comfortable bed and it's quiet so we slept very well. Amazingly helpful and friendly staff, always ready to assist with any issues and make very good suggestions for dinner and excursions. We particularly appreciated their flexibility on cleaning to meet our requirements as we had our dog and kitten with us. Thank you very much!
