There a public onsen in the hotel that is conveniently for the tenants. And the onsen is very clean. Everything was good and the pricing was very good with the service and facilities provided.

They gave us a welcome drink in the form of a house made juice bottle - it was so refreshing and delicious. Very close to a nearby Japanese convenience store which made meals and cash out very easy. Very close to a bus stop - 2 minutes walk! Very close to delicious restaurants!
