Nice elegant hotel with freindly staff and super clean room. Onsen facility is sizable. Plenty of car park space. Lobby is huge and warmth. The whole set up / design of the hotel make you feel like home.

Great location, beautiful river views from the room and in front of the hotel; staffs are very friendly, polite and helpful; room is spacious and clean, beds are comfortable; Japanese’s restaurant serves delicious meals; free parking lots just outside the hotel main entrance.

Staff was friendly and went out of the way to change our room to a handicapped room

It is good base to get to Yoshinogari park, Nagasaki or Fukuoka. They have everything that you would expect from any APA.

There are lots of choices for breakfast, which suits both Japanese and foreign guests. I especially like the grilled saba (fish). It's about a 10 minute stroll to the stadium or to the centre of the city. Staff are friendly, helpful and capable of speaking English. Coffee machine in the lobby.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, giving us great recommendations. Central location very close to the pottery area. Retro vibes.

Good-sized Japanese-style room (it can indeed fit up to 4 people), both room and bathroom very clean. Location is very convenient ~3 minutes walking away from Tosu JR station and its konbini. It was quiet in the room and the futon was very comfortable. I was aware of the unstaffed check-in process: I did the pre-checkin online before arrival, so checking in in the tablet was very fast.

Just next to Train station. Staff provide great support even we visit at 2AM. There is parking lot with 1000yen fee.

Nice Holland host, so warm and great design

First of all, the design of the room is dreamy and so smart! The room has a lot of light, is totally silent despite being a meter away from shinkansens and you just feel like a human being, not a beaten tourist being thrown about in tiny compact hotel rooms for once:) They have a lovely game where you explore local shops and restaurants closeby, which we all totally recommend, you can rent a bike next to the hotel. Overall Ureshino onsen was one of the highlights of our Kyushu trip and I appreciate Fairfield hospitality. Oh and don’t miss their comfy and stylish lounge with lovely tea and miso soup!

The location is very good, very close to JR Saga station, with some restaurants in the area and a convenience store within walking distance.

Location is perfect right next to the station. Friendly hotel staff. Laundry facilities. Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean.

Everything. The cute and comfy yukata. The traditional Japanese style room had a nice retro vibe, with a traditional low table and sliding doors separating the main room from the small one with the river view. The public bath was spacious and clean. The lounge had a great variety of drinks and snacks.

The bed is comfortable. It's just beside the JR station and is convenient to go out.

Good location but to get there from station is a bit annoying as you need to go around as there is no direct crossing. So you are wasting extra time going around but that city problem and hotel fault. Hotel is great. The usual old fashioned business hotel. Staff were great. I skiped breakfast so not sure about it. I want tried the hotsping either but not sure if if it is tatoo friendly tbh.. I had good stay overall. Wished my room was a little but higher though. 2nd floor is a bit low.

I was about to check out on 29th Aug but was caught with a typhoon due to which all public transport was suspended. I had to extend my stay. The stay was as comfortable as my previous days of stay. It is privileged that there is a 7-11 convenience store very close to the hotel. The hotel was a good harbour for me during the uncertain situation outside.

The location nearby Tosu station is very convenient. All staffs there are friendly and attentive. The facilities in the room are clean and comfortable. It's a wonderful living experience. I would like to visit here again.
