The hotel is very central, you can walk to anywhere. They provide everything you might need: towels, combs, razors, pajamas… The rooms have a bathtub, and there is also a very clean and nice public bath on the top floor, as well as a room with massage chairs. It’s a very good option for a good price.

A classic, high quality Dormy Inn experience. Conveniently located right in a shopping street, this hotel chain keeps being my favourite in Japan. Free Shoyu Ramen, free ice cream, free Onsen, with an open air and cold bath. Perfect. The rooms are spacious, the toilets are Japanese washlets, the shower is awesome, although thanks to the onsen barely used, and the staff is forthcoming and nice. For our 2nd night we also tried the breakfast, which was quite good, for ¥2.000 per person.

What I liked most was the spacious room and the hotel’s pleasant environment. The location was excellent, close to the train station and very convenient for travelling by tram to major tourist attractions around the city. The service was also outstanding, and the staff was extremely helpful throughout my stay.

All things was very good, the room, the service (especialy the girl that I was attended)... Anyway, all things perfect.

The location is fairly close to the train station and the port. It is clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The capsule was comfortable and spacious. I would stay here again. I loved the view from the top floors of the hotel.

Great location. Free bicycle rentals before and after checkout. Friendly and hard working staff. Also, it's basically a one minute walk from the entrance of Matsuyama station.

Excellent room, staff, and the breakfast was superb all days. Close to the castle and very good museums and restaurants.

Amazing facilities, across the road from both a bus stop and tram stop. Also a large shopping arcade just a few metres down the road. Many local restaurants, chemists and shops available also. Easy walk to Matsuyama Castle chair lift, and a short tram ride from Dogo Onsen and Dogo park.

Clean rooms, ours overlooked the castle, and amazing hotel facilities. The public onsen was quiet and well equipped, with every toiletry possible and lots of towels. There is free soft serve and welcome drinks in the lounge, and coffee. We did not book breakfast but it looked good. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient location less than 200m from JR Kochi Station. Big bed! Right next to Toyota car rental shop

Breakfast spread is decent. WiFi in the room is quite fast and reliable.

The hotel room was clean and tidy. There are leisure area with free massage chairs and a lot of reading books in Japanese. Onsen was moderate but hotel provides a lot free drinks, noodles, ice cream at different periods. More choices for breakfast. Very close to shopping area and Kochi Castle. Unexpectedly there was local market fare next to hotel during Sunday morning!😄

Room was relativly big for japanese hotels. Ozean view was great, we had a room on 10 the floor. Everything was clean and they had all the small things you exspect like toothbrush, pajamas, coffee/tea set. We just stayed for one night so it was very convient that the hotel is directly in fromt of Takamatsu station and the ferry pier.

i like the location of this hotel, just infront of the matsuyama castle and park, and its just 7-8mins of walk to the train station, there is a convenience store nearby just infront of the hotel. i like the staff they are accomodating even the cleaning staff.. we love our stay in this hotel..

Staff were extremely polite and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent. The free drinks each evening were generous and great variety. On my four days there I met some very friendly guests too.
