The location of the hotel, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the staff was chef's kiss!🥳🥳🥰🥰 (especially our waiter Oscar) the food amazing!!!!!.....Everything was onpoint! We just loved the place and if we ever come back to Nakuru, we would definitely stay here again!!!!!!!

Wonderful wonderful location by the lake. Amazing abundance of wildlife on site, incredible variety of birds , hippos , warthogs etc, you feel like you are in a David Attenborough documentary. From the camp you can arrange bikes for Hell's Gate , boat trips over the lake , etc. The restaurant is an amazing place to hang out and the food is fantastic.

A truly excellent experience at the Avian Court Hotel. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and cooperative, with a special mention to the reception team who welcomed us so warmly. The service was excellent and prompt, and the hotel restaurant serves delicious dishes for those seeking great food. We ordered a cake, and it was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend staying here

The location of the resort was excellent and the grounds were well maintained. The entrance to Amboseli National Park is far away and resort keeps you in middle of the park for easy access to the game drive areas and views of Mount Kilimanjaro. All of the hotel staff we interacted with were are very friendly and helpful. The food at the buffet was exceptional and there was a diverse selection of food. There were several sitting areas around the resort where you could observe birds and other animals in the national park while you relaxed. Tea and coffee were always available in an area adjacent to the bar. The room was very comfortable and had a ceiling fan to help keep you cool.

An exceptional stay at Rock Hyrax Hotel Nakuru. From the moment we made the booking, the service was thoughtful and personalised. They called to confirm our late arrival and even arranged dinner for us past 11pm, which was truly impressive. Collins and Fenny at reception were outstanding; gracious, professional, and attentive. Faith, Nicole and Tolbert delivered exquisite meals; the food was simply exceptional. The hotel’s ambience is serene, elegant, and impeccably maintained. Service, cleanliness, and attention to detail were all top-tier. A truly memorable experience highly recommended and we will for sure be back!

The staff of the Lodge are friendly, helpfull and kind. The Pool is nice to take a (cold) dip after a dusty safari day. And we love the bonfire in the evening. Even when we had some issue in the middle of the night there was someone to help. The view of the kilimanjaro from the terrain was great!
