Incredibly friendly staff. They didn't all speak English fluently, but they made the effort to make sure my needs were met. I would definitely stay here again because of the staff. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the location was very central. I went for the mud festival and found everything to be in easy walking distance.

It's very clean, and the room is a decent size with an enormous smart TV on the wall. Because it was the same brand as mine back home, I was able to use my own accounts on the streaming apps. I stayed two nights and normally don't ask for cleaning after the first night, but they called me to confirm, which I appreciated. Plus, the lobby always has bottled water stocked so guests can just take it when they need to. The hotel is located in the center of Seosan, so it's quite easy to get everywhere on foot including the bus terminal. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Seosan.

First I stayed here for 1 week, and because I felt comfortable here, the bed is comfortable, strong shower water pressure, the room is clean, nice laundry room, and the location is strategic, I extended my stay to a total of 3 weeks. The next time I travel to Cheonan I will stay here again.

Situated in the historical city of Buyeo, Lotte Buyeo Resort houses more than 300 guest rooms, a shopping mall, 5 banquet halls and a restaurant. WiFi is available in all hotel rooms and private on-site parking is possible, both free of charge. We arrived early but the staff let us check in early, it helped immensely to relax and started to look around Buyeo. Also the staff at the swimming pool/sauna was very kind and polite!
