Our stay at Souimanga Hotel in Antsirabe was an absolute delight, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. What truly sets Souimanga apart, however, is its exceptional team. When we got to Antsirabe (after many days of travel), I wanted only two things: 1. a quiet room and 2. a really good shower. Eco Lodges fulfilled these needs and more! The shower was excellent, our room was very quiet, the gardens are absolutely beautiful and large, yet the location is very central. Also, the staff was so friendly and made us a wonderful breakfast. For what it's worth: I asked our driver to give me a recommendation for a hotel in Antsirabe before we arrived in town, and he had two others in mind. I noticed Eco Lodges had better reviews, so we tried this instead (our driver wasn't aware of it). After we stayed here, I asked him what he thought, and he said that he thinks this is the best of the hotels he's seen so far and that he will start recommending this to his guests.
