- From $187.37 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Excellent - What previous guests thought, 3,275 reviewsWe paid for an upgrade to have a room with a direct sea view (see the pictures) and it was wonderful - good size, comfy beds and a great view of Marfa jetty and Comino. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We didn't have a car, but you don't really need it, there's a bus stop nearby and buses are frequent. We recommend buying a travel card for 25 EUR for unlimited travel for seven days including the airport and Gozo (not the ferry). All in all, a fantastic stay and we definitely want to come back!Guest review byZuzanaSlovakia

The town is in a central position in the island, so it’s easy to travel to different places in Malta, even though there aren’t too many sights right here - We have been to many cities and we think this was the dirtiest city we have been to.Guest review byMárton - 10.0
The beach was clean and sunbeds with umbrellas were great.
The beach was clean and sunbeds with umbrellas were great. They even provided a separate towel to lie on. This was a small cost for the use of it all day. The bar and restaurant weren’t part of our hotel but just a stones throw, so perfect. Lots of rocks to lie on and ladders used in parts to get into the sea. St. Paul’s Bay is a pretty town with shops, restaurants, and beachside cafes, easy to get around using ferry and Uber.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0
A week long stay was just the right amount of time for us.
A week long stay was just the right amount of time for us. Renting a car was the best decision we made so we could travel around nice and quickly. Every beach has something unique about them and there is something for everyone if you look carefully.Guest review byDanos Andras NagyUnited Kingdom - 10.0

The district is very practical, close to boats and ferry, the harbor promenade is plenty of life yet 10 min drive by ferry to Valletta where most of cultural, gastronomic and leisure activities happens.Guest review byLuisLuxembourg - 10.0

Although I have been to Mellieha before and it has changed enormously in the last 25 years, I think it is still one of the most charming parts of Malta. There are dozens of bars and restaurants, a fair few of which I have visited and every one was excellent. I could not fault the village in any way I would certainly recommend this as a holiday destination. Although very hilly, I believe that is part of its charm and I have stayed in other parts of Malta, all of which have their own attraction.Guest review byMcLennan - 10.0
Relaxing village with an active but not too busy, harbour.
Relaxing village with an active but not too busy, harbour. Mainly the local Maltese and tourists with families or couples/small groups. Not many from England. Great pizza parlour on the harbour. Taj-Familja was a fabulous family run fish restaurant about 10mins from property. Recommend them both.Guest review byTsuiyenUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Msida is a great location to stay being perfectly placed to visit the busy areas of Valletta, Sliema and St Julian's. The marina is amazing with some of the best restaurants in Malta just a short distance away on foot or by Uber or Bolt. Buses run to all parts of the island from stops within walking distance of the centre. Breakfast at the Busy Bee in Msida is a must as is a visit to their ice cream parlour in the evening.Guest review byJohnUnited Kingdom - 6.0

Having travelled around GOZO and MALTA for 2 weeks you realise it is a small place and you can get everywhere within 30 mins. We could have stayed in Valletta and done a day trip to here and it would have been enough.Guest review byAliUnited Kingdom - 8.0
Not your normal seaside holiday resort.
Not your normal seaside holiday resort. The freeport as a back drop can be a bit of a shock but is soon overlooked. The Village is quaint with ample facilities, but not the place for people looking for nightlife. Lovely. Great time had by all our family.Guest review byGrahamUnited Kingdom
