There is also a kitchen in some of the units equipped with a minibar and stovetop. We stayed here for one night on our way to Calakmul and it was definitely a great choice. The apartment was huge, clean and well equipped. The staff is really nice and the restaurant is good. The area around the apartments right in the middle of the jungle is amazing! Really worth it stopping here if you are headed to Calakmul.

We loved everything, if you want total immersion in the Maya culture, in the Maya houses, and with Maya food cooked by the owner, it is the place to be ! Very friendly staff, very nice local food. Staying there made us rest well before leaving early for Calakmul amazing site.
