Great resort feel with unique grounds and buildings set in a semi-rural part of Morelia, yet convenient to the center and shopping at big name stores including Costco and Soriana.. Our Mirador suite was spacious with great panorama views and a distinctive layout that exuded style. The grounds were very enjoyable and perfect for walking with our dog. Restuarant offered good food with a varied menu. Service staff was very responsive and friendly.

Better than a hotel. Comfortable beds, spacious spaces, TVs, luxury bathrooms, excellent wifi, and the swimming pool is just across the street. The house is in a gated community with a lot of security, and it's very quiet. The house, location, service, and everything were great. Highly recommended!

The staff were great! The waitress we had was incredible. She really went above and beyond. Front desk had the taxi ready for us as just like we had asked. We had to be at the airport at 4am, they were there at 330 ready and super nice! The rooms were HUGE! Felt like a mini resort. Pool was big, clean and perfect. I would definitely stay here again. It felt safe, clean, comfortable and it was really beautiful inside the property.

the location was so close to everything. Hotel had a luxury vibe, very new, very clean and modern. staff were so helpful and nice too. kids loved chilling at the pool in the afternoon after a hot day touring.

The staff helped us set up tours and were there for all of our needs. They call it a hotel but it's more like a resort they have a spa a sauna swimming pools we had a jacuzzi in our room breakfast was top quality and like I said before the staff was very accommodating, professional and friendly. Have them make you a mojito they pick the ingredients out of their own garden it's amazing!!!
