Absolutely amazing hotel, we selected this one to spend our wedding night here, by entering hotel we met executive manager, he saw that we are dressed in suit and wedding dress from our ceremony and upgraded our room to the best possible option without any costs as complimentary from hotel. Used self check in prior to arriving, then kiosk and self park. All easy to use. We stayed in a king suite 26th floor, it was huge, comfortable bed & big bathroom area, separate toilet & bath with view of the hills. Had read some average reviews & imagine some rooms are older. We can't complain. Inside casino was tidy with plenty of food and gaming options.

Not too far away from the real Strip the hotel was a very good choice for our stay and even included a parking space for our RV. The entrance offered an aquarium and waterfall besides the casino and the room actually was newly, nicely and very comfortably renovated. And also the pool area invited us the relaxe a little.

I go to Reno all the time once or twice a year they have a great car museum Very historic must see Be careful downtown at night and during the day if it's not busy with pickpockets. Just make sure you're not playing on your phone and not paying attention but they have great restaurants downtown and other shopping for all types.

The city is one great big construction project but is being planned by a genius group of people who really work with nature to take advantage of the beauty of the mountains, washes and general topography. They utilize local natural resources to define and support each property. Most of the homes here are under one of two HOAs which require a minimum number of plants and trees. Because of this, the city is very clean and well tended. The average age of the city approximates retirement age. If you like the hustle of New York City, Mesquite should be a hard pass. If you like a slower, more relaxed pace in life, welcome home. There are multiple casinos, golf courses, and pickle ball courts to provide entertainment. There are a bunch of golf cart paths to help navigate the city. Overall, it is absolutely beautiful but UNDER CONSTRUCTION. Come early to get the choice lots. My best guess is that this city will age well.

Pahrump is an inexpensive option for people looking to visit...

Pahrump is an inexpensive option for people looking to visit Death Valley and the surrounding area. Unfortunately, it is just over an hour from the east entrance. Coincidentally, it is just under an hour to Red Rock canyon on the Southwest edge of Las Vegas. Other things to do in the area are Ash Meadows, Dumont Dunes and Tecopa hot springs. Besides that, there isn't much else to do in Pahrump other than wine tasting and Fireworks.

Fix the bathroom issues ,.lighting the fireplace would have been nice..i.n the jobby.and visiting with others .we didn't see disinfectant Wipes in the jym. Went to cooks for dinner,was average,ad. Smiths food .for snacks.couldent do much more visiting sick uncle.

Denny’s wasn’t all that good.

Denny’s wasn’t all that good. Management didn’t staff for spring break. All the other eating places were good to great, prices ranged good to high, but food was good. Gas prices were several dollars lower than in California and Death Valley. The Museum was free and had several artifacts you won’t see elsewhere.

Boulder City has put a lot of effort into maintaining a "small town" aesthetic with plenty of modern touches. There is an amazing public arts program with murals and sculptures scattered throughout the town. You can walk the boundaries of the Historic District easily. There are plenty of eateries in all different price points. The Xeric Garden at the Bureau of Reclamation property is a hidden gem. There is very easy access to the River Mountains Loop Multi-Use Recreational Trail with access to Lake Mead, Boulder Dam and Lake Las Vegas.

The location was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The only drawback for older adults is the toilet if too low.
