Very nice staff. We arrived late, after midnight. We were given the room facing lake and the Pink masjid. We loved the hotel so much that we extended for another night.

The room is spacious. Bed is huge and the sofa added an extra option to rest. Hotel staff also prepared an extra mattress which the room had ample space to move the bed into place. It was very comfortable for my whole family.

Check-in process was very smooth with welcome drinks and delicious own-baked cookies. The staffs were really helpful. Dining staffs were really good. All of them are very good with soft skills, communication skills and problem solving. Well done to the management team for successfully training them. The room was clean, kids pool is separated with the deeper pool making sure the kids are safe. Dinner and breakfast were really nice we had many selection from Malay, Chinese and Indian cuisine. I am sorry for not noticing all the crew's name, but Mr Hakim is one of them and he is the best!

We had the ala carte lunch and breakfast buffet. Both were fantastic in terms of menu selection, presentation, taste and price. The buffet was a great blend of western and local cuisine. I especially enjoyed trying Malay / Indian dishes. The staff was friendly and the restaurant manager checked in on us from time to time to make sure we had everything we needed. Used the gym a couple of times. The equipment was great, facility well maintained and the grounds was lush. The shuttle to the mall was very helpful.
