Our stay at the voco Auckland City Centre was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the incredible staff and their dedication to guest comfort. We arrived in Auckland on a red-eye flight, landing in the middle of the night. Not only did the hotel graciously check us in at 4:00 am, but they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Imagine our surprise when we were greeted with freshly made pizzas! After a long journey, this unexpected gesture of hospitality was exactly what we needed. The excellent service continued throughout our stay. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's central location was also a major plus, making it easy to walk to many of Auckland's top attractions. We highly recommend the voco Auckland City Centre to anyone visiting Auckland. Their commitment to guest satisfaction, particularly their willingness to go the extra mile, truly sets them apart.

Featuring a fitness center, a restaurant as well as a bar, Hotel Grand Chancellor Auckland is located in the center of Auckland, 1.5 miles from Masefield Beach. The location is perfect, you can walk to almost everything in Auckland CBD. The room is very tidy and the room service staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend to family stay.

Ideally set in Christchurch, The Observatory Hotel Christchurch has a buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. This 5-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and a concierge service. This is a fantastic hotel that ticks all the boxes for comfort, customer service and a sense of luxury. The staff were fantastic and made us feel very welcome. The bed was amazing and so was the shower. We also loved how the hotel was decorated; lots to see (artwork, books, etc... not your standard hotel lobby) and the location was perfect for us: short walking distance to everything in Christchurch center. In the same courtyard as the hotel you can find a wine bar which is a lovely place to spend an evening. I cannot think of a single thing that I would suggest to change in this hotel. Our stay was simply perfect.

Attractively located in the Wellington CBD district of Wellington, The Cobbler Hotel is located a 17-minute walk from Freyberg Beach, 0.6 miles from TSB Bank Arena and a 7-minute walk from Te Papa. Great location for exploring Wellington. We booked last-minute due to a cancelled flight and check in couldn't have been easier. We loved all the attention to detail and the comfy bed. Would highly recommend.

Special mention for the meat served at the Grill, the hotel restaurant where our dinner was exceptional.
