The hotel kept our extra luggage during our trip to the amazon at no extra charge. The staff were helpful and willing to assist. The breakfast was well prepared and well managed. The stay was wonderful. Location was superb.

He showed me a few places around Iquitos at just the cost of gas and lunch. I returned for a night after my week in the jungle. He did ask if i need info on tours, but when I said I was good, it wasnt bought up again.

We have stayed at this hotel for three days during our trip to Iquitos (province of Loreto, Peruvian Amazonia). The hotel is located in 5 minutes by a motocarro (tuk-tuk) ride from Iquitos ENAPU ferry terminal where all boats arriving from Peruvian border village Santa Rosa berth at and 400 m away from the city's famous landmark Ferrous House and very close to the Itaya riverbank promenade. All buses going to the local lake and leisure area Quistoqocha stop some steps aside the hotel's entrance door. - My and my friend's rooms were clean and tidy, cleaning was done everyday. - All facilities in the rest room were functioning OK, there was hot water in the shower. - Hearty breakfasts were served everyday with a choice of cooked eggs (omelette, fried egg, scrumbled egg with cheese, tomatoes or pork), bread with butter and jam, fruit salads, tropical fruit juices and a choice of coffee (black or with milk). - The receptionist Andre spoke a very good English and was ready to help. - The lady who owned the hotel was polite and kind, she was exchanging us USD into Peruvian currency at a good rate, helped to catch a bus passing by a park with local Amazon animals, fish and plants and before our departure gave a repellent tube to use it on our way back to Colombia.

The owner and staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during the New Year's celebrations. Despite the lively local festivities, they thoughtfully provided complimentary earplugs, allowing me to rest peacefully. My apartment was impeccably clean, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning with stunning views of the Amazon River. The location is ideal, situated on the tranquil, traffic-free Iquitos Boulevard, yet just a short walk from the vibrant Plaza de Armas and excellent dining options. After checkout, the staff graciously allowed me to stay until my evening flight and arranged an affordable airport transfer. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable. I highly recommend Boulevard 251 Riverside Apartments and look forward to our next visit.
