Located in Uros, 4.6 km from Estadio Enrique Torres Belon, Urosfood & Titiqaqa Lodge provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, private parking, a garden and a terrace. - [ ] The most peaceful and best day of our 1 month in South America so far - [ ] It’s family run and everyone gets involved even the youngest girl who serves/helps her family serving food and chopping things. - [ ] Breakfast was the best we’d had our whole trip in Peru. We had fruit salad, the freshest orange juice, coffee and the main we had x2 large breads with egg each. For lunch we had fresh trout and choufa (like egg fried rice but the Peruvian style) and sweet potato it was delicious. For dinner we repeated the choufa because it was so good! All reasonably priced. They also have drinks & water for sale. - [ ] Staff were friendly - [ ] Free transfer from the puño port to the island and back. However please note you need to pay cash for the taxi 20soles each way plus an environmental fee for upkeep of the island of 5 Sol each upon entry. - [ ] Our lodge was basic but met all our needs. We had a bathroom in ours but we shared a shower (which had hot water) - really nice touch. We upgraded to a family room so got two beds which was nice as the room didn’t have a table. For $USD27.20 it surpassed our expectations. Be warned it’s freezing at night! But they layer up those beds we had at least 7 heavy blankets. - [ ] A special thanks for the hosts because we arrived after 1400 and we were starving and he made us food outside of meal times. - [ ] The views of the lake were spectacular! The air was so fresh and sunbathing before sunset was our fave activity. - [ ] Highly highly recommend!

Located on Uros floating island, Uros Summa Paqari is situated in Puno, 7 km from Titicaca Lake. Puno Port is 5 km away. All rooms are fitted with private bathroom facilities. If I can rate it with 100.0, I will, but booking.com only has 10.0. The host is nice and the property is nice too. It is just a 5-star hotel on a floating island. It has private bathroom right in your room and the hot water runs 24 hours. The island is cold at night, but the blanket on the bed is more than enough. The host offers a tour to visit nearby floating islands. The tour is comprehensive (2hours) and at a very very reasonable price. The view from the room is fantastic, and it is located on the far end of the island chain so not crowded.

With sea views, Uros Amaru Marka Lodge is set in Uros and has a restaurant and a 24-hour front desk. A continental breakfast is available each morning at the property. Everything really exceeded our expectations at Uros Amaru Marka Lodge. Felix is a fantastic host. He picked us up when we were returning fro an overnight trip to Amantani Island so this saved us at least one hour as we did not have to go back all the way to Puno port. He picked us up at the beginning of the Uros channel by his boat. The room was super comfortable with superb beds and a great patio for relax. Felix took us on a 3-hour ride around few Uros islands, including the restaurant, museum and other points of interest. Very late check-out was not a problem. Really fantastic experience and host. Thank you Felix & your family (incl. a dog Falco - very friendly :-))

Beautiful location, comfortable accommodations and the family we stayed with was amazing. They were able to organize everything for us. Completely hassle free, comfortable, and affordable. Our hostess prepared a fresh fish lunch for us on our second day. We arrived a little too late on the first day so they boated us to a nearby restaurant which also had great food. Dinner was served on site and was fresh and delicious. They also organized a private boat tour of the local islands at a fraction of the cost. Can't say enough about this place. Felt completely at home. Highly recommended!

We were the very first tourists to stay at this new place and we were very lucky. The lodge is huge and very comfortable. The location of the island is great and the family managing the place is fantastic!!! We were able to discover how people live (building the islands, fishing,....) and it was a really authentic experience.
