Staff was very professional and respectful. The rooms very clean. Only down fall is location. Need to travel 1 hour to mall. There is a small Beach in walking distance. Very good Chinese food restaurant 10 min walk.

The host will message and ask what time they’ll expect you to arrive, then someone will meet the guests at the gate upon check-in and will be there to hand you the key when you arrived. The host was very understanding and considerate in emergency situation. They were flexible and allowed me to extend dates to occupy the space due to unavoidable circumstances (death in my family).
