The property was clean and in a good location. All the facilities worked perfectly and it felt like luxury! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and they offered many nice things like happy hour and girls night at the roof deck bar.

The proximity of the location to everything. We did rush hour Christmas Shopping for our Christmas Eve celebration held there and we were able to buy and return to the resort hassle free and the staff are very assisting and accommodating. My nephew can't wait to go back 😁

Most staff was friend and the location is next to a hospital and the highway

A real neat resort outside of San Carlos, Negros Occidental. It had a beautiful sunset and sunrise. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Their restaurant had very delicious food As an American, I needed that delicious Taste of American. And their American style hamburger hit the spot. We had a few drinks and great conversation with the pleasant and gracious owners; Doug and Mary. Thank you all. We will be back next year... ❤️ ❤️

It was exquisite and the snacks are always a surprise. The staff are real friendly too. And there's this really cute guy in the staff, I think he maybe the owner's son or sumthin idk but he real cute

The price and the value its really nice I’ve been spending many nights in hotels in Philippines that one was so nice and feels like high quality with any parameters And the breakfast was the best one I had all around hotels in the Philippines And over all the staff r so nice so kind and really have high knowledge about service and talking with customers We came here after hospital and the situation cost a lot of attention and sensativity and they really know how to make it happen And we felt like we r the only guest here and they let us feel so comfortable and good I really appreciate it It’s hard to find it specially when I m talking of 120usd (around 6k php) a night I wasn’t expecting that So I m highly recommend that hotel and really appreciate and love here I m sure I’ll visit here in any time I’ll be around

The place is quite and clean.The staff are okay

I liked the location and there is a coffee/resto on the first floor. However it opens at 10am. The sheets are indeed clean. The room and toilet are also clean. I liked the veranda as well. The TV was working but the remotes were not functioning well especially for changing channels. We later found out that it was better to press the buttons on the box instead. Overall, it was a good experience, we might book again in the future.

Very accommodating... There was some problem with the reservation but they managed it professionally. Kudos to the staff.. they were very respectful. My family was able to sieze the moment.

Place is near to NGC and that is the reason I book this facility. Near to food establishment and groceries.
