Incredible breakfast and perfect location (right next to the slopes - the one near is mostly for the kids, but there’s a bigger one ~10 mins away from the hotel). The rooms are rather small but clean, good lightning control. The SPA amenities are also great, but can be crowded at times, so I only ended up going later in the evening.

This is an amazing hotel. Not a dull moment. The room was big and comfortable but the facilities were something out of this world. Great swimming pool and jacuzzi and even a bowling alley. The breakfast was magnificent with great many choices to choose from

The staff was incredibly helpful from the moment I requested my favorite room via Booking messages, and explaining the hotel’s Club features and benefits upon arrival to arranging a very-last-minute car service from hotel to Balice airport and making my trip back home overseas stress-free and utmost comfortable. Also, being a 12+ facility is also an additionally fresh breath of mountain air :) I will continue staying at Hotel Prezydent anytime I visit Krynica and will recommend it to anyone who wants a pleasant stay brought to you by an excellent hotel and its staff.

We had bad weather so was not possible to enjoy outdoor activities. We had hiking in the area in mind. Also all hotels should have easily available information for tourists if Krynica wants to benefit from them. Those from abroad may have issues with using Internet. Pamphlets would help. Other thing, restaurants closes early. Maybe is different during summer.

Beautiful place, nice river, parks, and market square, not too crowded, some good places to eat. We were lucky to have tons of snow so everything was looking amazing covered in white. Definitely recommend, we were wondering of we should go to Krynica, but it turned out it is just as Zakopane: crowded, expensive and not nice at all - tons of cars, people, mud on the pavements. Will definitely go back to Muszyna.

Rytro town has a 24/7 doctors service which comes handy when someone falls sick on holidays. There's plenty to see and do even for the most adventurous guests. Highly recommend as it is less touristy than other mountains destinations in Pland which makes it a very pleasant stay. Great food and very friendly people.

Great location for hiking , walking, cross country skiing...

Great location for hiking , walking, cross country skiing and biking. Very good for people trying these activities for the first time, not extremely experience or with children. Best to have a car to travel around the area for food, shopping dining or just visiting the local attractions'

A very picturesque mountain resort with stunning unique architecture. Lively atmosphere, great choice of accommodation and restaurants (though limited options for vegans). Good overall value for money (especially coming from Ireland).

Plenty of facilities, shops and eateries around Krynica.

Plenty of facilities, shops and eateries around Krynica. High-quality restaurants, nice parks, facilities for children - slides at the top of Parkowa Góra hill, cable car to Jaworzyna Krynicka, chair lifts all around, nice promenade in the centre of the town, the boulevard goes along the creek and splits into two. Mountain trails all round to explore.
