Wonderful Hotel in an ancient Building. Inside minimalistic style with materials of high quality. Big room, big bathroom. All very clean and comforable. Natalie at the reception helped us with everything we asked. Breakfast was of great variety and perfect. The Hotel lies inside the old town in only 10 min distance to the main station and 10 min to the Main Market. Absolutely recommendable!

A pleasant surprise. Looks even better in person than in photos. Very modern, smart technology, spotlessly clean, super comfy bed, great climate control, well insulated from noise, excellent shower pressure/temperature. Very helpful front desk staff. Went out their way to book us a last minute tour. Great location also: short walk to the ICE convention center and easy walk to bus stations to get to Old Town, Main Square, etc. The (included) breakfast at the hotel restaurant (a bracciate) was excellent.

An absolute find in Krakow!!! We were blown away and would love to return one day. Beautiful clean room (which the hotel kindly upgraded us to), a gorgeous spactious bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The start of the show for us was the gym and spa facilities which we used everyday. Probably the best gym and spa facilities we have ever used. Only wish we had a hotel like this in our home town

A special thank you to Wictoria at the reception, who was warm, kind, and went above and beyond to help us with everything – from arranging transfers to offering great recommendations that made our trip smooth and enjoyable. Her genuine care and professionalism stood out every single day. Also, a big thanks to Lukas, the manager, who was equally friendly with warm smile, approachable, and always made sure we felt welcomed and looked after. Really great location, close to the Main train station and also in walking distance to almost all attractions in old town. Apartment was well prepared for family with 2 teenagers, everything was clear and prepared for our stay. We had a breakfast with delivery every morning directly to the apartment door and it was really good. Everybody was satisfied. Next time we will stay again in this apartment...recommended to everybody...

We stayed in this hotel two times. Don’t let exterior appearance deceive you, inside it’s new, modern and has solid 3 stars, which are close to 4! Wonderful breakfast with good variety of food, including amazing local food. Spacious rooms, comfy beds. You are literally in old town, 15mins walk from main train station and luggage storage is huge help in transits. It’s guarded. We definitely will be back.

Krakow City is a must visit in Europe (and so is Ghent-Belgium). Not only the city center but also the beautiful Chateau, the river and of course the extra large Shopping Mall next to the train station where you can easily park your car all day. Go walk around the city park all around the city center, on sundays most relaxing and don't forget the Krakow Pinball Museum where we pinballed for a small fix fee. FUN FUN FUN

Near to airport but couldn’t connect with phone number for lift so had to walk there . Bit had lift back to airport 5 mins away But only took 15 mins although in pitch black of evening. Clean tidy lacking poor pillows Not necessary for two quilts Good value for money Poor breakfast choice No bar

Wieliczka is a pleasant and convenient place to stay when visiting the Kraków area. It is best known for the impressive Wieliczka Salt Mine, which is undoubtedly the town's main attraction. Beyond the salt mine, there isn't a huge amount to see or do, so most visitors use Wieliczka as a base rather than a destination in its own right. One of the biggest advantages is value for money. Accommodation is generally cheaper than in Kraków, often offering larger rooms and better facilities (several Spa hotels) for the same budget. The town is also quieter and less crowded, making it a good option for those who prefer a more relaxed atmosphere. Getting into Kraków is easy, with regular trains taking around 30 minutes, so you can enjoy all the attractions, restaurants, and nightlife of the city while benefiting from lower accommodation costs. Overall, Wieliczka is a good choice if you're looking for a comfortable and affordable base near Kraków, particularly if you plan to visit the salt mine and spend most of your sightseeing time in the city.

A fantastic area to explore by hiking or biking. Guided tours of caves, plenty of restaurants and cafes serving good variety of foods with accent on traditional Polish. Beautiful views from the top of surrounding high rocks, equally great views from the bottom of the valley looking up. A charming place to visit and relax. Full of history and legends.

We chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the airport. Friendly staff. Great rooms, very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. We had a wonderful dinner at their restaurant. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Lots to see and do. Public transport was very good. Food was yummy. We did two boat trips one in day light & and one in the evening. I could recommend anyone to do the same. We did the salt mines, totally fantastic but so,so many steps, my legs are still sore. Food at the Kossak Hotel was amazing and the views from the rooftop bar where breath taking..

We loved the size of the room; beds were comfortable. Staff is great, very helpful. Great location (5 minutes from the airport) for one night especially if flying the next day. A free shuttle to and from the airport is a great asset. I fully recommend this place. The only downsize for us was the no refrigerator in the room.

Everything was good, but I especially liked that the kettle, tea bags, sugar, and cups were already prepared in the room. The breakfast was amazing and very filling, with many items available. We really enjoyed the breakfast and had good energy throughout the whole day. One more great thing is that the hotel is within walking distance of the salt mine, and by car it takes only 2 minutes. The reception service is available 24 hours. The location of the hotel is excellent because Żabka, an alcohol shop, an Orlen pump, and many other places are within walking distance. I recommend this hotel to everyone. I would give it 10/10.”

Nice city - if you'd like to get some history exposure visit...

Nice city - if you'd like to get some history exposure visit Krakow. Nice to see - Wawel Castle. And if you're lucky - you can get a free ticket to Main Market Square Tower on Mondays. The experience is astonishing - the walk to the top itself is challenging experience, the view from just beneath the clock as well. What else to see - my personal recommendation is bar "SzoTo" - get some cheap mixed drinks. Then go to Kazimierz district to eat "zapiekanka" fron "U Endziora". Finish it with night stay close to the dragon.

Lovely hotel, all the amenities, fantastic location for the airport travel and easy to get to Krakow town centre. Friendly attentive staff, although would be great if they could speak at least basic English. Only recommendation from me - harder mattresses. Would recommend as otherwise everything else was great.
