- Very caring reception staff especially the guy who works in the morning - clean room - Hallways smells’ was very pleasant - The service for the coffee shop was fast and the staff were nice

It’s clean modern and perfect

We were so happy with our stay, the facilities were great. The sea view was beautiful, the room is very comfortable and there's a wi-fi router inside (strong signal) which was rare in Saudi Arabia's hotels. The gym is super well equipped, they have a hammam and a sauna (ask them to turn it on in advance), nice pool and an amazing massage chair in the lobby. We also had a massage with their therapist and it was one of the best of our lives... The staff is great and super attentive. Would definitely come back here. The beach is swimmable everywhere but the Umluj Corniche is the best and very near the hotel.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the room, the friendly staff, and the convenient location 5-10 minuets from Tabuk airport and the city center. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast & dinner options were great, the terrace area are fabulous and shisha are available.

I loved my stay at the property. The room was comfortable, well equipped, and the heating was a real bonus during the unexpectedly cold weather. The staff were very kind and accommodating, with special thanks to the gentleman at reception and the breakfast room staff for their warm and attentive service.

It was a warm and pleasant encounter right from the moment I met the receptionist, Kareem. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the food, and all the excellent and comfortable facilities of the hotel. I will definitely decide to visit again
