Everything. It was clean, comfortable, modern, food was good (breakfast and dinner), amazing staff, beautiful location with a lot of activities. And reindeer!

Loved the personalized service we received from Reception. He answered all of our many questions! Breakfast was delicious and loved that there was a restaraunt connected to the facility as well. The spa was closed, but was able to book multiple massages that were amazing! Our apartment was lovely! Loved that the bus dropped us off right by our location from the airport in Ivalo.

The people working there were just awesome and friendly. They made our stay so pleasant and memorable... if I'm back in the area I'm definitely using the same hotel!

Hotelli Olof is conveniently located between the Finnish train station and the Swedish train station. My room was clean and comfortable. On weekdays breakfast starts at 6:30 AM. That was very helpful for me to get a good meal in before my early train. The staff were very accommodating in helping me transition from a late train coming in, and an early train leaving the following morning. They pre-arranged taxi transportation to and from the train stations for me. Their excellent customer service and attention to detail was much appreciated.

Everything about this place. Great location close to nature. Rental equipment on site. Friendly staff. Includes access to spa & gym. Canteen style restaurant on site, offering breakfast (included in room price) and lunch/dinner, very good value for money.

Very nice installation, it has an underground tunnel that connect the rooms with the spa, gym and Burger King! Breakfast is very good with a lot of variety. Rooms are big and even with a private sauna inside

Great location. Bus stop is in front of the hotel. Hotel is located neer the center of Rovaniemi by the river. Nice park for kida neer by. Room is nice and clean. Food is great. Nice sauna and pool. Free parking

Everything was wonderful, especially the amazing breakfast.

Everything is full of delightfulness, elegance and comfort. Personally, I love the tasteful decoration and the ambiance of relaxing holiday feelings once I walked in. The facilities with room/sauna/lounge and restaurants are just fabulous. Highly recommend it to all my friends.

Great location with beautiful trails and ski resorts surrounding. We spent a lot of time staying warm in the cozy lobby with drinks.

Everything - amazing breakfasts

Exceptional experience sleeping under the dancing aurora lights in a Glass Igloo. Staff was more than friendly and helped in any case. Location is a bid off but due to the frequent shuttle service offered by the hotel, that’s not a big deal. Breakfast and Dinner was perfect - nice variations and tasty. All in all one of the best hotels I’ve been so far!

Amazing place with great glass huts where you can enjoy the view of the sky in bed. We stayed in the one near the lake and had a great view of the northern lights. The staff is super friendly and helpful. One of the best places to stay while in Lapland, we will for sure be back
