The staff friendliness, the services provides and food was exceptional. We have been staying in 5star hotels, but the food was nowhere compared to home made delicious food served. The flexibility of staff was endless, they were ready to fulfill any need of our family. The wellness and massages were just perfect, high quality. We highly recommend this hotel families with children.

The hotel was located slightly outside the centre in a leafy quiet neighborhood. It provided rooms with terrace, SPA area, breakfast, and an artsy interior. Supermarket in short walking distance. For all these features the hotel would deserve highest ratings. However, I was upgraded to the fully equipped apartment with huge private terrace offering mountain views. This choice put the venue on a level comparable to international venerable hotels.

Value for money, food, location and stuff

Personally I loved this place. The staff was so warm and welcoming, such a nice change of pace after staying at air bnbs. The location is perfect and you can walk to town very quickly. Free parking, comfortable bed, cool bar with good beer, restaurant open late. This place rocks! Thanks from your Californian filmmaker visitor :)

Loved everthing and everyone , absolutely , great place to stay, from the front desk Anita and Tomas were super nice , very helpful, and made us feel just like their moto says, "you are home" Roman the owner, great guy, very welcoming , invited us for coffe and told us about everything that is worth seeing around the area. Acomodations are very well equipped, modern clean , love the variety of accomodations to choose from. Very nice place to stay , great location.. We will be back in winter for skiiing

Location, spa facilities, ski facilities, swimming pool, food buffet and menu.

Very clean and warm. Each room had a locker for skies and boots dryer. The food was really good and varied every day. All the staff were nice and the overall atmosphere was familiar. We had plenty of parking spots. The ski pass for all the ski lifts, chairs and gondolas and the aquapark access included in the room fare is amazing.

We were very pleasantly impressed with the comfort and service — and the food was absolutely delicious! The staff were friendly and sexy (Ivana))). Nice music at the restaurant. There is a great spa area, with a jacuzzi and outdoor saunas that have direct access to the river. There is a room for storing and drying ski equipment. A minibus provides transfers to Jasna and back. Highly recommended!
