They were always available, responded quickly to every request, and did so with a warm and welcoming attitude that made us feel at home. Their dedication and genuine care made our experience truly memorable. Special thanks to Giftso, whose kindness and outstanding service stood out — but honestly, the entire team contributed to making our stay extraordinary. The breakfast was delicious, and they thoughtfully arranged to have the meals delivered directly to our room, adding even more comfort and convenience to our visit. Highly recommended!

    Beautiful design and comfy hotel. Sweet staff, yummy breakfast, great location to all the spots in town, beach right across, they have this flamingo cute caffe in the beach as well. The only thing is laundry, they have this system you have to pay for each item not in kilo, they don’t have machines so then it’s dragging it to another place to do it. Be side that, we had an amazing time. Love the jacuzzi in the balcony, they sale this fuzzy bath boom, it really was a treat. The staff was extra kind to my daughter who only liked to eat hot dogs at breakfast lol. I highly recommend this hotel for your family stay in Hua Hin. We loved it.

We had the pool/jacuzzi room and it was merely two steps right into the pool from the door. Quiet. Serene. It is my new favorite hotel—EVER.

    as most places in Thailand at the moment its dead, very few people on the beach, we visited many beaches close by and far away but its the same if you like being alone with miles of white sandy beaches then this is for you, if you want the hum of people maybe come high season you might get it

    The rooms are way more bigger than other hotels with the same, if not more, price. It's really quiet and breezy with occasional train passing by (but it was fun to hear it). The only downside is, I ticked for a sea view but we were placed somewhere else were we see trees and garage. The view right outside the room's front door is okay though as you can see the front of the hotel and mountain view.

    Hua Hin has a tourist scene but is way more laid back than places like Pattaya or Phuket. The beach is nice and not full of hockers and hustlers. It's clean, the waves are small (so it's better for swimming than for surfing) and the people are friendly. It's across the water from Pattaya and Bangkok is in the middle if traveling by land, so it's not a far or difficult place to get to from the Capital City.
