From the first minute one I felt really welcomed. Everybody is so professional and friendly - a real 5 star hotel.
The hotel was opened in March 2025. Everything is new. The breakfast is fantastic - mix of buffet and a la carte.
You have to great restaurants and a great rooftop bar to enjoy the sundown.
Furthermore at the beach front you have the Lay‘s beach club. Same owner as of the Melia hotel. You have free access there and get 15% discount.
Yes, Pattaya is crazy but also offers so much opportunities. You have great surroundings - Da Nong, Na Jomtien, Bangsarray Beach and especially Sai Kaew Beach. It was always a pleasure to come back to this hotel and take some rest.
Many thanks to the the whole team which treated me so well.
I will come back in August 2026 - already booked.;-)

We initially stayed 3 x nights in a room with Seaview's and private pool' but decided to treat ourselves on the last night with an upgrade. The facilities in general were the same but the room was a MAJOR improvement and the private pool also a step up

Pattaya central; plenty of attractions/shopping malls along second road. Soi Bukhao has plenty of bars especially sports bars where one can watch you favourite sport live on TV. Second road has the night market which is a must to visit rspecially at night. Plenty of restaurants along second road as well as numerous massage clinics.

Must have enough tine to go on beaches nearby and relax in room / pool. Thai food was amazing at a nearby restaurant (I don't remember the name). Indian food in Pattaya is also very good. Don't forget to buy daily need items from Tops &/or 7 eleven. Use Bolt cab service. Very economical and good quality cars. Avoid Tuk Tuk.

Jomtien Beach is a long and pleasant beach with a relaxed atmosphere. It is a nice place to walk along the seafront, sit and enjoy the sea breeze, or watch the sunset in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops and massage places nearby, so everything is within easy reach.
The beach itself can get busy at certain times, but overall I found the area enjoyable and more relaxed than central Pattaya. It is a good place to spend a few hours by the sea, especially in the late afternoon and evening.

Lovely Hotel with lots of things to do, rooms cleaned every day and bedding changed. Location fantastic. Restaurant very good with lots of choices
Use of safe is charged!
The Hotel is very confusing with lots of gradients and stairs. Many stairs have no hand rails. Lifts have no clear signage.
External signage not clear and the hotel grounds are so vast that it is easy to get lost. From Hotel to beach is 68 external steps
They do give you a Black & White A4 sketch of grounds which is very poorly laid out
All in all we had a great stay but the above issues need some TLC

This is my 3rd visit to this wonderful place!
This is my 3rd visit to this wonderful place! The owners are VERY nice. They go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! The pool is FANTASTIC!!! 👍 The recommendations for restaurants are outstanding. I highly recommend Lonops Gay Paradise - if you want a quiet place to stay. This will allow you to relax, re-energize and have some fun as well. 👍

I liked being out of the city - even though it takes a while...
I liked being out of the city - even though it takes a while to get there. I like that I didn't have to go through security. It would have been nice to have actual numbers on the outside of the units (any of the village!) because the map location was for the unit in front of it. Thankfully the lady who designed and built the house also lives next to the unit and saw me. Took me in for a personal tour of the space - fantastic.

We loved Pattaya North there is something there for all tastes. Great selection of bars,restraunts and markets with street food. You can either relax all day or go out walking to all the different entertainment going on daily/nightly.

Jomtein Beach itself is not a popular swim beach.
Jomtein Beach itself is not a popular swim beach. It's very flat but not crystal clear. Most apartments and hotels have lovely pools or maybe take a day trip to the local islands to swim and snorkel.
We loved eating at the night markets which pop up in the evenings. We also ate at more highend restaurants. We avoided food that was sitting out all day on show in some cafes.
Fresh fruit is amazing. My favourite was the cups with a variety of fresh fruits. Choose a cup and they blitz it to a delicious fresh juice.
Jomtein is known for its night life with a variety of call girls, lady boys and gay community. It's known for its fly in men looking for a good time.
It is cheap to stay here, easy to get around on the local bus or by taxis and uber. The Thai people are lovely and deserve our respect.
What I didn't like especially in Pattaya the smell of sewerage. Locals are used to it, we weren't.
Shopping is fabulous, there's markets, non air conditioned malls, air-conditioned shopping centres and outlets. Popular are fake designer bags and watches. All in different grades of quality. One amazing shopping centre we went to was Terminal 21. Very modern every floor decor based on a different country. Even the bathrooms each floor are worth looking at.
