We were there for 10 days and it felt like home. Big, comfortable and clean room. Very comfy bed and pillows. Loved that the entire balcony wall was glass. Breakfast had anything and everything you could possibly want. Both restaurants had big selection of delicious food. And on the weekends Squid &co. has Mookrata sets. The rooftop bar has great cocktails and an amazing view. And the cafe at reception sustained my Thai Tea addiction! The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I was late in deciding to want to try the spa and couldn’t get an opening before we had to leave. Will definitely be visiting again next time I’m in Thailand!

Pattaya is a very unique place that is both quiet and yet...

Pattaya is a very unique place that is both quiet and yet teems with activity. Definitely see the golden Buddha, hit Jontien Beach for fresh seafood, consider the floating market but it’s a tad touristy but still fun, brace yourself for the South Pattaya walking street and Soi 6 and they make the rest of the worlds red light districts seem tame and Disney like … the food is excellent and prices good. Use GRAB to get sound cheaply and quickly with special mention to the taxi trucks the loop around the downtown area where you can get on an off for 20baht paid to the driver. The market outside Termimal 21 is worth a mention too …

The beach has a yellow rock sand and the water looks murky... didn't really feel like going there. The umbrellas and chairs available are disposed in a way that makes very unappealing... kind of a huge dark square shaded area, instead of distributing the umbreallas and chairs, it's all crumpled up together in one place... very unusual and uninvinting to be honest.

We were two single male friends visiting Pattaya for the...

We were two single male friends visiting Pattaya for the first time, for a week. We had been to Phuket before together. Renting a scooter once there we deem absolutely necessary, plus it is downright fun. Note though that we both are experienced bikers so we can already - novices may heed a warning here. We did visit Walking Street but this was not for us, as Soi6 proves to be way more friendly, spontaneous and open - in one word fun! If you want pure havoc though then wear earplugs and go visit LK Metro alley for a sensory overload! Jomtien Beach also has some entertainment on offer but is more family orientated, more relaxed, plus it has some quite good restaurants here (pls google, we did too). From the villa these areas are easily reached per scooter, and the directly surrounding area of the villa has some gems too. The beach(es)? We didn't go there, sorry..... but the water is warm, no worries.

Nice location, staff and food. Bungalow tatty and not of high standard shown in photos. Bike hire available but only for use around hotel as roads and dogs dangerous outside grounds we were told. Bikes in urgent need of repairs, no brakes etc.

This is my 3rd visit to this wonderful place! The owners are VERY nice. They go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! The pool is FANTASTIC!!! 👍 The recommendations for restaurants are outstanding. I highly recommend Lonops Gay Paradise - if you want a quiet place to stay. This will allow you to relax, re-energize and have some fun as well. 👍

I liked being out of the city - even though it takes a while...

I liked being out of the city - even though it takes a while to get there. I like that I didn't have to go through security. It would have been nice to have actual numbers on the outside of the units (any of the village!) because the map location was for the unit in front of it. Thankfully the lady who designed and built the house also lives next to the unit and saw me. Took me in for a personal tour of the space - fantastic.

Absolutely crap service and no communication to sort problems out, I think this is becoming an increasing problem in Pattaya, these owners want money from your pocket with no quality of customer service. Stay far away from anything they are trying to sell you, a complete and utter scam.

It is less crowded than Pattaya Beach, making it perfect for families, couples, and anyone looking to unwind. Lovely Hotel with lots of things to do, rooms cleaned every day and bedding changed. Location fantastic. Restaurant very good with lots of choices Use of safe is charged! The Hotel is very confusing with lots of gradients and stairs. Many stairs have no hand rails. Lifts have no clear signage. External signage not clear and the hotel grounds are so vast that it is easy to get lost. From Hotel to beach is 68 external steps They do give you a Black & White A4 sketch of grounds which is very poorly laid out All in all we had a great stay but the above issues need some TLC
