This is our third visit to the hotel, it always meets our expectations. On this occasion we used it as a stop over before flying back to the U.K. I had a relaxing day by the pool and my partner had a 2 hour massage as well as a relax by the pool. We only had one meal that was dinner the night we arrived, food was excellent.

Perfect transit hotel- luxury in experience but not the price. Staff was so friendly and a step ahead at every point. The free shuttle back-and-forth made all the difference in the world. It was a seamless transition, breakfast was amazing and rooms were very comfortable. Pool was nice and the gym facilities were perfect for getting a quick workout before another long flight. My favorite was the late breakfast and 12 PM check out. Perfect for late night arrivals, orienting to a different time zones and getting some extra rest.

    I thought this was a really great deal for a simple and convenient airport hotel. I flew in internationally at midnight and had to catch an 8:00 a.m. flight out. I've stayed at the hotel on site at the airport, but it's quite pricey and this hotel offers a rate including round trip transfers from the airport so I decided to give it a chance. With the twists and turns of airport roads, I think this hotel is only a minute or two further than the on-site airport hotel anyway. The transfers each direction were both on time, friendly, quick and easy. Just make sure you let them know when your flight is arriving. I was worried that I didn't properly inform them, and sent them a last-minute message as we landed just in case. But they were already there with a sign waiting for me. The check in staff both late at night and in the morning we're super friendly and kind. A porter led us through the complex (it looks like the place operates under three different names and has several wings) and in the morning I noticed the really cute decorations around. The room was nothing fancy but had a couple of chairs and some desk space, a big bed and a TV with mostly Thai programming. The bathroom had a frosted sliding door but was decently private and everything was clean and usable. It was definitely not as fancy as the hotel airport, but a fraction of the price. I'm glad I took the chance of this place, I was completely satisfied with it and will definitely use it again on my next long layover. I know people get lazy and don't leave reviews unless they have a problem so often, so I wanted to make a point and leave this place a nice review that they deserve! Thanks again!

    This hotel near the airport is truly an exceptional place for tourist with early morning flight. Our studio room bundled with round-trip shuttle adds to the outstanding convenience that this hotel offers. Definitely a must choice for budget-mindful tourist who wouldn't want to be troubled by the hassle of securing a safe transportation from the hotel to the airport at the wee hours of the morning. The staff were all very courteous and trustworthy. Suvarnabhumi Suite Hotel made our last day of a brief tour (after the pandemic) in Bangkok another memorable stay in Thailand.

    We had a great stay the front desk went out if their way to accommodate out late arrival 1AM. Driver was polite and helpful. Rasi at the front desk gave on the spot advise of how to get around Bonus was the breakfast and van ride to the airport.

    Very nice place to visit.

    Very nice place to visit. You can adjust your time as you like it. Calm and quiet in relaxed areas. Or you can take short rides around in Bang Phli to experince temples, zoo's, old river-city's etc. All within a short time. Absolutely recommended as a place to visit. (As all places I've visited in Thailand)

    Bang Phli is a good place to stay for the airport, about 30-40m by taxi. The shopping mall at Big C is good, but you must cross the road outside by skywalk, as this road makes Silverstone look placid - very dangerous!! Bang Phli is not near the city so don't expect to see many tourists in the area.

    Everything is easy to get to with taxi and even walking. It is a much more relaxing vibe here than in central Bangkok and just a short taxi ride to the airport. There is a few okay shopping malls there also.

    Cheap and clean but disapointing. WiFi insecure and came on next morning and off at 8am day we left. Coffee was 3 in 1 mix (coffee, creamer, sugar) doesn't allow for those who don't want creamer or sugar but at least it wasn't Nescafe! A bleak area with no restaurants just a 7/11 across a busy, fast 8 lane highway. Staff seemed disinterested

    I've always found the staff to be efficient, friendly and helpful. In fact I accidentally left two items of clothing behind in the wardrobe. Upon realising this, I called the Hotel's front desk and was met with a young lady who was more than happy to assist in recovering these items for me. Within a few days my clothes had been sent to me in Lamphun. Fantastic service...thank you Survanabhumi Ville staff for your consistent helpfulness. Van & Moo Moore

    Terrible suburb of Bangkok with nothing to see and nothing to do not even a walk. We ate at a vegan restaurant that was nice and really good but the prices don't worth the place at all! You can't cross the street without risking your life. Dirty streets, poor places, just don't go there.
