A very good welcoming experience, starting from the valet outside up to the room service. There was a complimentary fruit platter with a nice welcoming note with my name on it in my native language. This made my day. The whole reception stuff was very helpful specially the public relations manager," Mrs. Ilham", she was eager to help us and respond to our requests. Very good open buffet for breakfast. They didn't forget any thing to wish for breakfast I like the bakery section.

Everything was met my expectation.

The bathroom was exceptional ! A fantastic view over the city and the mountains. The indoor pool is great with a great view! Everything in the hotel was very well thought.

Locate in the middle of the town and easy access to many attractions

The staff were all incredibly friendly. Fantastic location fro skiing at Mt Uludag. Food and service was amazing, the buffet breakfast was amazing. Spa was free and incredible. Would highly recommend, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! Everything was beyond expectations – from the clean, spacious, and welcoming rooms to the extremely kind staff, always attentive to every detail. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the overall atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The location is excellent, close to all points of interest, yet quiet and relaxing at the same time. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will definitely come back!

Ideal if you travel by car. Huge parking lot and easy access to highway.
