This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this hotel and once again all our expectations were met. The hotel has a charging station for electric cars, the cleanliness was up to standard, the food in the restaurant was delicious, the staff was responsive - shortly after we checked in, an earthquake was felt about 150 km from Bursa, we were accommodated on the 9th floor (where the earthquake was felt quite strongly) and after a request from us, our rooms were changed to a lower floor so that possible future earthquakes would not be felt so noticeably.

Everything was great. Even though the rooms were full, we were able to check in early. On the first day, we were tired from our long flight and were greeted with a fresh fruit tray in the room. The breakfast was varied and acceptable. All the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Elham and Ms. Ayshe at reception who were really great at checking us in early and greeting and finally seeing us off.
