It was an extremely pleasant stay. The accommodation was very good, the staff kind and prompt to the requests of the customers. We particularly note Mrs. Carmen, who provided us with useful information and advice about the hotel and the city of Bursa.

Location is amazing. So close to buses or trams to anywhere to Bursa and the bus station. Staffs were amazing and spoke well English. Breakfast was awesome. Lovely Turkish dishes and they even have soup. Adding coffee to the breakfast would be nice. Beautiful architecture. However, they don’t have laundry service. The price list in the cupboard ain’t updated.

Everything was great. Even though the rooms were full, we were able to check in early. On the first day, we were tired from our long flight and were greeted with a fresh fruit tray in the room. The breakfast was varied and acceptable. All the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Elham and Ms. Ayshe at reception who were really great at checking us in early and greeting and finally seeing us off.

I liked everything about this hotel , starting from the smiling faces of the staff and the comfort of the place. Everyone and everything was above my expectations. The front dest officer Mr NIHAT and The valet Mr Ali (my name sake) were so helpful and friendly. I have decided to come again to this enchanting city of Bursa and stay at Holiday Inn again...

We asked for honeymoon special preparations and asked for a specific room with views to Uludag mountain, they gave us a beautiful room as we asked in a high floor and quiet area. They brought some cake and the decoration with some flowers was beautiful. Exceeding what we expected. Thanks!!!.

Very good room and staff the beast in Bursa

Excellent location in the heart of Bursa. All prominent locations are just walking distance. Extremely neat and clean. Wonderful staff especially the girl (flower). Very well spread of breakfast on top floor. Everything is good about this hotel. Strongly recommended.

Very delicious breakfast with a tasty variety of food on offer. The location of the hotel is very convenient and close to Bursa's main points of historical interest with many mosques close by - it was easy to find. The staff were very friendly, kind and attentive and gave their recommendations of what to see, do and where to eat in Bursa; they were more than happy to help. I give a special mention and many thanks to Lamya who staffed the check in desk and was very helpful during my stay at the hotel. She looked after and cared for her guests very well - I am grateful for the hospitality and welcoming I received here at this hotel. The room was very cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and hotel facilities. I would really like to visit Bursa again and stay here.

It was our second accomodation in that place. Hotel mostly fit for business trip purposes, but even if u are traveling with family its a nice hotel with good location.

The absolute best stay! If I could give this hotel a score of 100,000+, I would do it in a heartbeat. The staff at the reception and in the kitchen provided the most exceptional service I have ever experienced; they were so incredibly warm and welcoming that I didn't feel like a guest, but rather like I was staying in my own home. ​The location is absolutely prime, and the cleanliness is beyond reproach—everything was spotless. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough to everyone, and I will most certainly be returning. A huge thank you to the entire team!

The surroundings of the property was lovely, own little sanctuary - nice to be away from the hustle and bustle. Staff were very accommodating - well looked after in our 10 day stay. - Nothing was ever a problem. Great facilities

This hotel was amazing, it had some of the best spa facilities I have seen. The staff were very attentive and the hotel room was great. The hotel had good options for parking as well as a great campus to walk around at night.

This was the second time I stayed in this hotel, the first time back in 2019. The hotel is perfectly located, walking distance from the historic centre of Bursa. At the same time, it's also convenient for travel to the bus station by tram. Breakfast was good.

The facilities are always clean in Ibis. The rooms had all the amenities it can offer in such a price

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. It is the best spa I have used in any hotel including four seasons. The young man proposing to his future wife in the restaurant was a delightful highlight.
