Perfect! Extremely clean hotel. Hotel staff was super friendly.

The staff was very polite and friendly, especially Haroon,Ahmad and the other Turkish guy at the reception. The breakfast was excellent and the people who is working at the restaurant were very nice and support always us. The location is nice, very close to the airport, but at the top of the mountain and 15 minutes from Trabzon Square. The room was very nice and always they clean the room. The hotel is 2 minutes from a street full of Arabic restaurants and shops and hotels and always crowded with people make it friendly neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay .The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. A special thanks to Ms. Elmas, the manager, who was absolutely amazing and made us feel very welcome. She did everything possible to ensure our comfort and make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was also excellent and delicious.

First of all Thanks for give us a good room with view. I booked standard room with mountain view ,but we come second time and reception change the room. Also spa guys are so friendly .

One of the best hotels I’ve been to, the nature there was just breathtaking. The hotel is located far away from city, surrounded by trees and nature and simple slow life, a great opportunity to escape the hustle of city life and disconnect for a little! The hotel rooms were nice and comfy and very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, overall, we all enjoyed it a lot!

this is the only accomodations that can give me late check in, because our flight originally landed at trabzon around 22.30, so I told them via message and their instagram account that I'll be arrived around 2 a.m., but it got delayed so we've arrived at hotel around 3 a.m., fortunately the staff is still there, so many thanks for him,
