I am an American. I was very happy with the place. If I need to stay in Mbale again I am definitely going to stay at Our Home. The staff were amazing, very kind and helpful. The whole place felt peaceful and safe. The food was exceptional. They served me a huge delicious breakfast, it was enough to save for my lunch as well. And it was included with the price of my room. The room and the restaurant we're very cheap compared to what you get. The water heater worked and there were bunnies hopping around outside.

The facility was wonderful, vibrant, open spaces on the slope of beautiful Wanale Ridge. The cabins were spacious and comfortable, but the best was the staff - everyone we met was courteous, kind, and accommodating. We had a very unique special request, staff went above and beyond helping us. We would be more than happy to stay again.
