It's the kind of a place, that you want to spend more time in rather than just spending a night. Everything is well equipped, new and clean. Even though there were a lot of families with kids staying, when in the room, you don't hear any of that. The room was spacious with a modern kitchen (all that you might need for preparing simple meals in the room, no stove, but had a microwave and a huge fridge with freezer). Even though it is one big space, it feels cozy. There's a sofa with a table to chill in front of a TV. Or you can turn the TV to face the bed and just chill there. A big plus is all the many lights in the room, not only on the bedside tables, but on the desks too and the floor lamps. A lot of options to find the best light options for everyone. Breakfast was very good, there's the pancakes and waffles as well as eggs and omelettes, bagels, cereal, yoghurts. Tea and coffee is available 24/7. Even when you are checked out, they still treat you like a guest and let you stay in the common area, have some coffee and just chill until you have to go to the airport. Has their own shuttle bus that takes guests to Mall of America and back for free. It feels very safe to be there and overall it feels more like an apartment than just a hotel room. The best bonus for plane lovers will be the close proximity to the plane landing route, they literally fly right behind your window and you can plane-watch from your bed. I loved that. (the sound is not crazy, so those who don't love this, will not be bothered).

I absolutely loved the whole experience! From the moment I stepped out of my Uber with my bags, I was greeted by Jerome who helped me with my bags and showed me around. Then, at check in, I was offered a complimentary root beer which was delicious! When I got to my room I opened a hand written note welcoming me to the hotel and Minneapolis. I even opened the fridge to find a plate of gorgeous fruit! I love that you have mild with the tea/ coffee machine as so many other places I have stayed don't have this. Then every day my room was made up I found two chocolates on my bed! The staff couldn't have been friendlier and I felt my whole experience I was constantly surprised and delighted! What an absolutely fantastic experience! I will be staying with The Marriott across the Globe going forwards!

The location on Hwy. 65 was easily accessible. Despite Hwy. 65 being a busy road, I heard little road noise unless a large semi truck went past. The room was absolutely spotless, and the linens and towels were snow white and soft. The shower was very clean, and the water temp and pressure were good. There were both a refrigerator and a microwave in the room (as well as a small coffee maker), so I was able to easily bring along and prepare my own beverages and breakfast. The tv worked well, and the wifi connection was quick and simple. Also, there were windows on both the front and back walls of the room. I opened them in the morning and got a lovely cross breeze. (And also a nice view of a beautiful vegetable garden.) The curtains were heavy and hung past the edges of the window frame. So even though the parking lot is brightly lit, the curtains kept the room dark enough that the light didn't disturb my sleep.

I had a great stay at LivINN Hotel St Paul East. The property is very clean, modern, and comfortable — everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully designed. The rooms were cozy and inviting, making it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the self-service laundry room, which was a convenient bonus during my work trip. In my case, I was visiting 3M Headquarters, which is just around the corner, so the location couldn’t have been better for that purpose. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

Room updates were nice and comfy beds and the hotel location is safe for us with our travels to the metro area as inner city hotels, even 4-5 star we have personally found are unsafe with questionable folks that wonder, high thefts in cars and car parts is a worry and questionable circumstances with over all room and building quality and security. We arent picky and/or judgemental, but we feel very safe for ourselves and our property at this location. Quiet slow streets yet very close to shopping and restaurants just a quick mile away.

The location was excellent for getting around Minneapolis. The urban setting with the river, trees and paths was special. The furnishings will unqiuely retro, well-cared for, and very much like my favoriate places in Europe. The staff were welcoming and responsive with a sense of humor. The food was interesting and delicious in how the ingredients were combined.

The highway design for people not familiar with the area is challenging. The combination of road construction and GPS put us in some areas of Minneapolis that did not speak well of the homelessness situation. Parks were nice that we saw in the area. Huge difference between Minneapolis and St Paul and Bloomington. Minneapolis is way behind those cities in every aspect i could see. We were there for the Junior Gold Bowling tournament. Not for that, we would not have been there. And because we were there i would see no reason to return.

Minneapolis and St.

Minneapolis and St. Paul are great cities to visit, we lucked out on weather, nice and not hot. Easy to get around and lots of things to do. Great restaurants too. Went to a Twins game, very easy to get to Target Field. Mall of America is pretty huge if you like shopping. Lots of outdoor activities and pleasant to walk around in the summer. Good public transportation too.

The location was perfect because it was close to family and easy access to the freeway. The room and bathroom was spacious and we enjoyed the availability of the kitchenette. It's located right next to the freeway and our room faced the freeway which was pretty loud all the time. There appeared to be long term renters who stayed there.

Not much good about this place.

Not much good about this place. Bed had blood stains and we had to change our own sheets. No bedding for the pull out but we booked for 3 people. Big stain on the pull out cushion. Went to frontcdesk to tell them I did not think we should have to change out sheets and that the room should not have been Made available until it was cleaned properly. I asked for another room and we went up to that room and it was so smelly we could smell the stink in the hall before we opened the door. We stayed in the first dirt room. The staff was moving furniture in the morning and did not wait for use to use the elevator instead basically went infront of us and made use wait. Only one elevator. Staff did not care. On check out I asked for some kind of compensation for the state of our room and us having to change the sheets on our bed. The staff person did not know how to do that. I ask for the manager. They were not available . I asked for the manager to call me so we could discuss. Never got a call or email. Just don't care. People should be aware and find another place to stay.

DON'T EVER STAY HERE. I needed police interference for what was going on outside the hotel. Shenanigans going on day and night, unclean, unmonitored, sketchy neighborhood, felt like a brothel, no peace or relaxation, should be shut down immediately.

The window above mine was shattered the next morning. When I went to the front desk at after hours I found your employee sleeping on the couch in the lobby. When I asked him for something he said we'll go figure it out. We went to take a shower and there was mold and dirty in the bathroom. Then we went to strip the sheets because we were looking for bugs we always do there was blood all over the mattress I have pictures
