Comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean. Nice showers. Very accommodating staff.

Staff is great , specially Roxan , i had a little issue with my reservation and she went out of her way to make it right. A+ for customers service.

The staff, location fantastic. George the porter was our guiding light. Everyone in town as well as us tourists loved his passion for helping everyone. and the security boys in black suits were great. The car park attendants were fun and professional. The cleaing staff were so helpful. Very clean rooms. They need a parish.

The room was spacious and very clean. Really well located for the stadium, local food and transport.

The staff were proactive. There was a petrol kiosk, eatery, Denny's opposite the road. This area is better with a car; we didn't have one.

The breakfast was fantastic thank you, and we really appreciated the transport back to the airport to collect our hire car. We were dropped off right at the company where we were picking the vehicle up from, thanks heaps.

Staff are nice and respectful. I loved the ease of information given. I don't like how Security isn't taking the job seriously. They are there but more of a visual than I feel of keeping things safe. I've been approached by a woman and heard her many times ask people for a cigarette when they were go outside their room.
